Celebrity Buzz Andy Dick is under house arrest. So, like all good inhabitants of the entertainment industry, he's launched his very own web talk show! It's called House Arrest with Andy Dick and is billed as “the first celebrity talk show that must comply with a probation officer.” The jury's still out as to it's compliance with basic comedy law. I love the idea though, so fingers crossed!
