Jack Shepherd received a "Fail" badge on Sep 15 because their post was full of fail. Like, I mean, the post itself was good. Great even. But the content was, like, kind of "faily." You know? Yeah, I don't really know either.
Jack Shepherd received an "LOL" badge on Sep 15 because their post made people laugh. Out loud. Not literally. Why do we say LOL when we don't mean it? That's one for the philosophers, I guess. Anyway, point being, their post was funny. That should have been a way easier point to make than it was.
Jack Shepherd received a "Win" badge on Sep 15 because of how goddamn awesome their post was. Somebody call the Awesome Police, because this post was effing awesome. I totally just ruined that, didn't I?
Jack Shepherd received a Classic badge on Sep 15 because everyone was like, "Old!" but, like, it also did really well and got shared a bunch and was totally worth posting and what I am saying is, why does everyone get their panties in such a big old bunch when they see something on the Internet that they maybe have seen before instead of just being like, "Oh, I have seen this thing before. No big deal."? Not everyone has seen that thing you saw, dude. A lot of people really appreciated being made aware of this thing and shared it with their friends, which is why it earned a badge in the first place. Whoa, that turned into kind of a rant. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaanyway ....
Jack Shepherd earned an "Awwwww" badge on Mar 09 because they shared something with the group that was VERY VERY CUTE. Like possibly even dangerously cute. Actually, seriously - be careful with all that cute you're just throwing around, Jack Shepherd. You could hurt somebody.
Jack Shepherd earned a "Classy" badge on Nov 08 either because they did something hell of classy or because they did something that wasn't very classy at all and we were being ironic. Frankly, either option is pretty damn cool in our books.
Jack Shepherd earned a "Cool Story Bro" badge on Mar 07! We're not totally sure why because we are not hip to the kids' lingo these days on account of the fact that we are so, so old. Cool story though.
Jack Shepherd earned a "Facepalm" badge on May 02 because, well, facepalm. "Facepalm" is what you say when someone does something unbelievably stupid like trying to explain a pretty common piece of Internet terminology to a bunch of people on the Internet.
Jack Shepherd earned an "IDGAF" badge on May 09 either because they don't GAF or because we don't. Or possibly for some other reason? Who really Gs AF? Unrelated, but relevant: Is all this talking in acronyms as tiresome for you as it is tiring for me?
Jack Shepherd earned an "LMAO" badge on Mar 07 because they posted something very funny and then we all (figuratively) laughed until (again, figuratively) our backsides literally became detached from our legs and fell crashing to the floor in a horrible mess of flesh and gore. We would ROTFL, but that would just exacerbate the problem.
Jack Shepherd earned a "Poor Decision" badge on Mar 07 for a post that was either about, or that was itself, a poor decision. Which, what would the Internet be without poor decisions for us to enjoy? Frankly, we think this was in fact a good decision and that Jack Shepherd should give us this badge back immediately.
Jack Shepherd earned a "Vom" badge on Sep 07 for a post that was really pretty gross. Not that there's anything wrong with that. The Internet is for sharing, even if the result of that sharing causes us to forcefully expel the contents of our stomach through our mouths and/or noses. Especially if.
