when me and my sister were young and liked an artist, my mum would listen to the album all the way through to determine if it was appropriate for us. my poor sister had to wait years to finally get the Eminem cd she asked for 😂 but this is something parents should be doing
when I was at school I tried to organise my birthday sleepover only for my friends to tell me they can't make it because they're having their own sleepover that night and I wasn't invited. obviously I cut them out as soon as I could
heartstopper, I refused to watch or read it as I didn't want another cheesy teen drama, finally gave in and now it's my comfort show and book, it really tugs the heartstrings and makes things seem not so bad for just a little while
I was at a wedding where the bride put her bouquet next to a load of candles and they caught fire, then about an hour later while I was in the bathroom noticed everything had gone quiet, and came out to fine the dj booth up in smoke.
they're getting divorced now so I think they might…Â
there's a tiktoker at the moment who is under fire because she won't stop posting her four year old daughter. her defence is that she hasn't seen any evidence of people using her videos inappropriately so it's OK.
she keeps posting tiktoks of her daughter eating things like hotdogs…Â
a colleague at my previous job got sacked because it was raining when he left so he took one of the umbrellas we sold and then just put it back on the rack the next day. I think his excuse was that it was only borrowed
Spiral was awful for dialogue, for example when the main character was taken into the chiefs office at the beginning and they start arguing about how he has a problem ever since he exposed a dirty cop, that his father used to be chief etc. like why are you talking like this? there…Â
for me it's probably a Haunting in Venice. I loved the first two films, but this one was so boring I fell asleep half way through, when I woke up for the last ten minutes, it felt like I hadn't missed anything.
heartstopper and the fall of the house of usher were definitely my favourite shows this year, but have to add on the live action one piece as well, that was so good!
rise of the guardians needed a sequel. It had great characters and beautiful animation. one of my absolute favourites and really the story had only just begun, especially for Jack frost
