#14 makes sense if you empty the fridge and leave the door open (although waiting for it to get cold again when you get back might negate any savings). What kind of idiot leaves food in an unplugged fridge for two weeks?

I hate black pepper and feel it's overused. Salt makes food taste more like itself, pepper makes food taste like pepper.
