@mmetner there’s been a lot of discourse surrounding bo. lots of misogyny and things he said when he was trying to be “edgy” when he was first starting out

interesting. i feel like when people say you guys, it’s usually gender neutral, especially depending on the region of america you come from. i usually walk up to a group of female presenting people that are sitting at a table im serving and say “hi guys, is everything ok?”

i feel like all most people ask of comedians is just to not punch down. like don’t make jokes about marginalized groups. it’s pretty simple. some old comedians are so obsessed with them now being “silenced” and “oppressed” when all they have to do is be funny and punch up.
