My sisters and I have been using this product for over a decade (jeez, when did I get this old?). It's been a constant in all of our makeup routines — and a little goes a long way. One jar lasts for a longgggg time and I love that it comes in so many shades.
Promising review: "I’ve been using bareMinerals for about six months now and I can’t believe I waited so long to try it. It is hands down the best foundation I’ve ever used. Before I started using it I would need to use a concealer, it covers so well I don’t use concealer anymore. My husband says I glow. Yes it’s kind of expensive but in this case it is definitely worth it. I also just read recently that a solid 30% of women use bareMinerals. They’ve gained a lifetime customer with me." —Pheonixsunrise

Promising review: "I'm loving this little brush. I had purchased another dish brush a while back from the grocery store and the bristles were so stiff that it often splattered soap everywhere. This one isn't like that. The bristles are stiff, but soft enough that they tend to cling to what you're brushing, so they don't cause that splatter effect. I also like that you can open the whole thing up by taking its top off to refill it, giving you plenty of room to pour in the dish soap. The ability to easily remove and replace the brush is another very handy feature. Both are easy to do and it's well made, so they're not likely to come open or undone unexpectedly." —Elliria

Promising review: "Great sifter! This design is so much better than the squeeze variety I have been using, my hand was SO tired from my old sifter. This is just like my grandma used to have, seems solid. I expect to have many years of service from it. Sifting the flour makes a 100% difference in gluten-free baking, especially with those heavy bean flours. I know some people are talking about not being able to wash their sifters, but you know, I remember my grandma keeping hers in her big tip-out flour bin all the time without a problem. I'm keeping mine in a plastic bag as recommended by the manufacturer. I think it is a great product and a great buy." —Doonsie

Promising review: "I have very dry and sensitive skin, for this reason I like to keep my skincare routine very basic. I’ve used this serum for the past few months and I can say I am very pleased. It has hydrated my skin and has not caused any irritation. It can be expensive, but it is definitely worth it." —Yesenia

It also creates a shiny, water-repellent surface that water will just bead off.
Promising review: "I've been looking for a cleaning product that would remove the stains from my acrylic sink without damaging the surface. I FOUND IT!! This product is unbelievable. Yes, it does require an investment of time and elbow grease, but the results were amazing. It removed stains that had been in my white acrylic sink for quite some time and left the surface squeaky clean, smooth and shiny, without a scratch. If you have an acrylic sink, this is the product for you. I HIGHLY recommend it!! I'm going to try it on my mother's enamel sink next, and definitely intend to buy Hope's Perfect Sink again. It DOES live up to its name!!" —Beckett

BuzzFeed editor Elizabeth Lilly tried out Gobble's meal kit and was enamored! She said:
"Behold my beautiful shrimp dish that I whipped up in a mere 20 minutes and even my southern mama (a tough critic who often feeds me veggies in fritters and bread) raved about! After my Gobble box delivered, I, naturally, was served a Facebook ad about Gobble with a promise of 15-minute meals. This recipe card for Honey Harissa Shrimp didn’t specifically say it would take me 15 minutes to make, but I timed it nonetheless (also I had about a ~45 minute window before my next meeting to cook and then eat). I was able to whip up this meal like a fire was lit underneath me (again, my schedule; plus I was on the verge of hanger) and clean up after myself on the way. The packing of individual ingredients were easy to open (not always the case with meal kits!) and there was plenty of the marinade left to drizzle over my plated lunch.
I rarely have dressing/sauces/condiments left over in meal kits because I like my food *really* saucy. So this was a wonderful little side benefit! Did I mention that this was my first time marinating shrimp? And this was probably only my third time actually even cooking shrimp! It also made two generous servings of lunch, even though my mom had mentally prepared to have to maybe fix herself something else for lunch. Out of other meal kits I’ve tried, I’ve definitely been left with meager portions (guilty parties rhyme with Stew Bacon). So score one for Gobble in comparison to basically other meal kit I've tried."

I'm not a chef by any means, so naturally I had my seasoned professional cook of a dad try this bad boy out for me. After whipping up some roasted veggies in it to go along with a steak dinner, we declared this roasting pan a winner. It's sturdy, everything cooked evenly, and will easily become a staple in the kitchen.

Promising review: "Definitely a lot of fun! Got this for a friend after having bought two previous versions for us and for some cousins. BuzzFeed editor, Marquaysa Battle, has this palette and is a big fan! Here's what she had to say:
"So I'm all into makeup that helps me whip up a quick face without trying too hard. This blush palette helps me add a lil' flush to my face in just a couple of dabs. It's super buildable so you can go subtle the way I like to or get super glam with a deeper blush look. I also use this palette on my eyes and lips too. It's easy to use, the four colors can be layered to create a custom shade, and it lasts a LONG time. This will literally be the only blush you ever need. It's definitely one of my smartest cheap makeup grabs."

Promising review: "After using Lights, Camera, Lashes by Tarte for the past year, I got tired of breaking the bank over mascara. My sister suggested Essence Lash Princess False Lash Effect and I IMMEDIATELY fell in love. It provides dramatic length and great volume. I can honestly say I can’t stop looking at my eyelashes in the mirror every single day because of how awesome they look. Also, it is very long-wearing. I go from an eight-hour work day right to the gym and sweat like crazy...and this stuff doesn’t budge! I love it!!" —Carrie E Miller

My coworker AnaMaria Glavan is passionate about this product. Here's what she had to say:
"Believe the hype: this magic bottle is proof that not all heroes wear capes. The creamy formula, which comes in blond, black, clear, and brown (which is what I used!), goes on smoothly and doesn’t require a lot of product to do the job. I used the wand to brush baby hairs in the beginning/middle of my brow upwards, and then brushed the longer, toddler-like hairs at the end of my eyebrows, sideways. And one coat was more than enough! Boy Brow does what exactly what the Glossier brand claims to do; it gives me a filled-in eyebrow that doesn’t look filled in. The finish looks natural, which is exactly what I wanted — my facial caterpillars have never looked better."

I'm shamelessly invested in anything Kylie (or Kim, for that matter) creates, because their products have never failed to disappoint me. This bottle is on my wish list, but in the meantime BuzzFeed writer Ali Faccenda (and fellow Kardashian-Jenner-product-lover) has this delightful product. She said:
"I am obsessed with taking baths and am a sucker for a good salt soak, bath bomb, or bubble bath. This bubble bath is such an elevated adult version (sorry Mr. Bubbles), and smells like a lush bouquet of roses (AKA my favorite flower). You will not regret this purchase. The bottle has lasted me a long time and a little goes a long way! Ask me if I’m rationing this bubble bath because it smells THAT good."

Avarelle's pimple patches are formulated with tea tree oil and calendula, which is said to heal and shrink zits overnight. A single pack comes with 40 patches in a variety of sizes to fit any pimple you've got.
Promising review: "I’ve tried so many brands of pimple spots, and these are hands-down the best on the market. I’m a performer at Walt Disney World, and a clear complexion is required. Last night, I put these on a few acne problems (a small cyst, a whitehead, and a pimple I shouldn’t have picked and has been a bump for about three weeks now.) I just woke up and am writing this review in disbelief. THEY'RE FLAT! Gone! All of them! I could cry I’m so happy. The packaging is also ideal, because it allows you to conveniently and easily peel the stickers off without stretching them out or folding them back on themselves. Do yourself and your complexion a huge favor! Have these on hand for a stubborn zit when you really need help. Make sure you apply them to completely clean and dry skin." —Caitlyn

I've been doing my own nails for a long, long time. It always seemed smarter to me to spend money on a bottle of polish I can keep instead of a manicure that only lasts a week. It's a skill that took a while to work on but, luckily, for at-home manicurists like myself The Poppy has made doing my nails a lot less challenging. It pops right onto any bottle of nail polish (not just Olive & June colors) and provides you with a stronger grip and a more accurate swipe.

My fellow BuzzFeed editor Kayla Suazo tried out Atlas Coffee Club and only had good things to say:
"My first observation after opening the box was the smell. It smells FAN-FREAKIN'-TASTIC. It also comes with sweet postcards from the cities where the batches are from, so the entire experience feels so lovely and personal. As for the coffee itself, it's heavenly. I am used to store-bought coffee — which yes, is fine — but both of these tasted incredibly fresh and different from each other. The Peruvian coffee has this dark, almost chocolate taste to it, so I imagine it would be delicious with a morning sweet treat (maybe I should start eating pie every day?). The Colombian batch, on the other hand, was a little lighter roast-wise but still had delicious notes of rich sweetness. TL;DR: both of them were incredible both in taste and quality."

Promising review: "I was lucky enough to have clear skin in high school so I never understood how awful acne really is. When I was about 21–22 years old, I switched to a birth control implant, and that thing wreaked havoc on my entire life. I suddenly had horrible cystic acne. Not only did it make me self conscious and uncomfortable, but it was actually so painful — laying on my pillow hurt my face! To top it all off, my skin was also dry, and irritated. I tried every skincare line on the market for about two to three years, with no, or very little, results. Finally, I found La Roche-Posay's skincare products. Within four days, the inflammation decreased, the redness was fading, and my skin felt less dry. By two weeks, my skin was practically clear! I have been using this product for about four to five years now, and I haven't had a single outbreak, EXCEPT for the time I wanted to try a different product to save money. Huge mistake, one I will not make again." —LadyHawke

I'm obsessed with this bubble bath! It was designed to calm the mind and body, as it is infused with chamomile oil and bergamot oil, and honestly just smells fantastic. I'll usually only add a single squeeze-worth of it into my running bath water and it foams up really nicely — but not too much so that you're being overwhelmed by bubbles. If you're in need of a new bubble bath or just want to upgrade your own *serenity situation* I'd definitely check this product out.
Promising review: "This body wash is my new favorite! It's super sudsy and the scent is my favorite of the aromatherapy collection; it's so relaxing. I received a candle from this brand to test and I am *so* into this entire concept. I live for a great candle and listening to music during my evening bath, so the fact this was able to really add something to the experience made it a 10/10 for me. Cadence Candle Co. is a Black woman-owned business who, IMO, has come up with a genius product. I won't spoil any of the songs that are on the playlist, but know that the founder Taelor has a true gift for curating soothing sounds that go great with the flickering of a candle. This specific candle features scents of cardamom, oud wood, and patchouli.

This single pan can replace your frying pan, sauté pan, steamer, skillet, saucier, saucepan, non-stick pan, spatula, and spoon rest.
Promising review: "This pan is EVERYTHING! I went from making pasta in the basket to steaming broccoli in it and then finishing my meal in there. Then I forgot about cleaning it because I’m lazy and the non-stick cleaned up so easily. The sponge they include is incredible, I do all my dishes with it now. Also it looks really cute sitting on my stove all day." —Darby S.

I have this can opener and recently bought it for my parents when their old electric one died. It may not seem like the most essential purchase but when you've watched your dad try to open a can of tuna with a butcher knife, you'll realize it's best to have one on hand.
Promising review: "The OXO can opener is a workhorse. It is strong, well-made and plows through whatever you give it, with ease. I've had this one before and after years, it finally gave out and was hard to turn. But in buying an alternative from another company, I quickly realized the mistake and went right back to OXO to buy another. This one is so sturdy that it will last for a very long time and I'm really glad I bought it again." —A.M. Miller

Promising review: "I LOVE this shower curtain. I have been buying this curtain for the past six years. If you have a shower that doesn’t have a lot of ledge room for all your 'stuff,' this shower curtain will be your best friend. You can fit so many things inside the pockets! I honestly only use like four to five of the pockets. You can also use this as a liner and have another more decorative shower curtain on the outside but I personally use it as a shower curtain. I usually change it every six months because it does start getting a little soap scummy on the bottom. The best shower curtain/liner money can buy!" —DAtkins

A handful of us have ordered pieces from Three Thirteen and have nothing but positive things to say about this woman-owned small business. My fellow BuzzFeed editor Emma Lord (pictured above) didn't have to do much convincing to get me to add one of these beauties into my cart shortly after hers arrived. The best part about this shop is that you can have the embroidery done on an array of items — sweatshirts, tees, hoodies, or a long sleeve. The quality is fantastic and I'll be living in mine long after the next rumored TS album arrives.

Promising review: "Love it! Don't know that I'll ever need two of them as they are supposed to last very long. The material is firm, but not so ridged that they don't provide any flexibility. All the various angles allow for great scraping of the bottom where it meets the side of the pans. Will be using them for other pans besides cast iron also. Even used it to scrape up dried Super Glue when my kid managed to spill it on the kitchen counter. Worked like magic! There are no sharp edges, so nothing can scratch." —Shelly Sidhu

I have one of these and it's my favorite thing to unwind with at the end of the day. I have an anxiety disorder and can often find myself feeling really worked up and typically have physical symptoms like feeling restless. The weight of this blanket helps me to soothe my body and loosen up a bit.
Promising review: "This blanket is great. The material is soft and comfortable. The weight is perfect. What I love the most is that there are no beads used for the weight. I had a previous weighted blanket that the beads came loose after just a few weeks making the blanket useless. This blanket makes you feel like you are wrapped in a soft hug. I sleep so much better and do not wake up as often. I highly recommend this blanket." —Jennifer M.

I love how you can buy as many different compartments as you want, to mix and match to create your perfect makeup storage device! I spent several hours (lol) deciding what the best combination of compartments would be for the amount of items and the limited counter space I have. The one I landed on ended up being perfect for my space and it fit everything I use on a daily basis — and more. I've been using this product for the last year and it has become one of my favorites. It's a brightening and lightweight moisturizer that really works! I like to use it in the morning for a fresh start to my day. The pretty pink hue and glass bottle also just looks gorgeous on my counter — no complaints!
Promising review: "Amazing! I haven’t been able to use a moisturizer for a couple of years without a breakout until I tried this. I had very dry, sensitive skin a few years ago, and then all of a sudden I had oily, acne-prone skin. I started using this because my skin was suffering without moisturizer and I was hopeful. It has not caused one breakout! It has helped heal the breakouts I had when I started using the product. This sits well under makeup, and causes no excess oil throughout the day." —Sephora Customer

BuzzFeed editor Rachel Dunkel has personally tested out this lil' gadget:
"I love to camp and am planning a backpacking trip, and was desperately in need of a reliable, bright headlamp. I love this one from BioLite! It sits flush against your forehead to provide the most comfort and least slippage possible. It's moisture-wicking to combat sweat, is rechargeable, has multiple brightness levels, and can be adjusted to face downward if you need to see ahead of you on a trail (the BEST feature!). I'm really looking forward to using it more on future outdoor trips, but honestly currently use it on occasion in my New York apartment to read at night since I'm apparently too lazy to go out and buy a reading lamp."

I have this SKIMS bra and have started telling everyone about it. I'm a 34DD and ordered that exact sizing — it was spot on. I like that the bra is lined with a breathable mesh, since the first place I start to feel overheated is ALWAYS my boobs. The underwire is great, not too thick or uncomfortable at all. I'll definitely order this in a bunch of other colors in the future.
Promising review: "I was reluctant to buy a bra without being able to try it on. I am glad I took a shot. This bra is thin, comfortable, and gives great lift and shape. I will be purchasing in other colors and tossing my other brand I've worn for many years. This is a great bra." —Angela D.
