Most definitely parts from Matilda. #1: The chocolate cake scene. Even when I watched it as an older teen, I had to skip it because it scared me so much. #2: Just in general when it shows kids in the chokey.
I started unplugging the wifi at night, starting at 11 pm, so I can't stay up late on my computer. I used to just mindlessly stare at the screen, and before I knew it, it was 3 am. Now I'm "forced" to get off my device and go to sleep at a healthier time.
This might be a dumb one, but having your thermostat set at a temperature that is comfortable for you, not based on money at all. And when you're cold or hot, just adjusting the heat/ AC without a second thought.
