Welcome to my restaurant. Yes there are only four seats, yes this is my dining room, but I'll be accepting that Michelin star now.
Promising review: "This is now a staple for my kitchen. How I cooked without it before, I'll never know. It makes the best vinaigrette ever, quick pan sauces for pork, and gives an unexpected zip to dozens of dishes. Does it come in gallons? Have given it as hostess gifts several times and everyone gets hooked." —Martha Ronemus

I bought this knife for my parents, and they love it!
Promising review: "I have never used a knife that slides through everything with such ease. I went to slice open the plastic packaging for the sausages I was cooking, and I thought I had missed the plastic, it was that smooth. I barely had to apply any pressure when slicing up the sausages. Cutting up the carrots, cauliflower, and apples was amazingly easy as well. I'm going to take good care of this little gem of a knife!" —Paul B. Huter

Simply run your knife through each sharpening slot 10 times each.
Promising review: "Best money ever spent! As someone who is a cook in a restaurant, we go through knives quite often. This will save us so much money, especially with serrated knives. Great product! I was skeptical about this, especially with serrated knives, but WOW! Works great and makes the dullest knife like brand new." —Matt R.

Promising review: "I have always been a bit challenged cooking steaks and burgers on the grill. People have told me multiple 'ways' of telling when a steak was 'medium' and when to pull the burgers off. Still, I ended up with underdone burgers and overcooked steaks. This takes the mystery out of it. Using this the first time, I cooked pork steaks to perfection. The next time it told me I had left the burgers on too long drinking that 'last' beer. I highly recommend this. I have bought another as a gift for a friend." —raylap

Promising review: "I hear an angel choir when I finally sit down to golden, crisp waffles. I had been craving them for months — not the thick Belgium ones, but the old-fashioned, round, thin crispy ones. This is easy to use and makes delicious waffles. I use the setting between three and four, and they come out perfect." —Kindle Customer

This is the cast iron I have, and it just lives on my stovetop because I use it literally everyday. To clean, simply hand wash (I usually opt for no soap, but you do you) and rub with vegetable oil to keep it nice and seasoned.
Promising review: "I adore this skillet. As long as you keep up with oiling and don't use dish soap on it, the non-stick surface holds up like a charm. It is heavy and I need to buy one of those cute things to put on the handle since it gets hot when you use it on the stove top, (as cast iron does), but it is everything I expected from my first cast iron pan. It has seen a few months of pretty consistent use and it is going strong. I love being able to pan sear and then pop things into the oven." —RDlenix

Promising review: "I've had this for only two weeks and I swear I haven't touched my stove or pans. So easy to use and so many functions. You can sauté meat, make hardboiled eggs, rice and beans, and steamed vegetables in a matter of minutes. The Instant Pot community is large, and there are always recipes to be shared. So simple to use and clean. I've made anything from perfectly hard boiled eggs whose shells just fall off on their own, to soups, to Mongolian beef, and spaghetti! The Blueapple works by absorbing ethylene gas, which is what causes produce to ripen. Each Blueapple lasts for three months.
Promising review: "It works. Simple as that. I have even ordered more because it works wonders in my vegetable drawer and also in my fruit basket. Before it seemed things would go bad so fast (three to four days). Now I can see veggies last two weeks — some fruits a week longer than expected." —MFC

Promising review: "If you even looked through these reviews to decide if you truly needed an avocado slicer, the answer is clear — your avocado obsessions clearly requires this. I will admit, you can do everything this tool does without it. You may lose a minimal amount of avocado by using a knife instead to remove the seed and cut it open, but this product is mainly for conveniences sake. I will say however the convenience is uncanny. Simple to use, it cuts everything just how you want it, and is worth the small investment for the future of my avocado enjoyment. If you inhale avocados at an alarming rate then the convenience is well worth the investment." —Friendly redwood

The salad chopping bowl is dishwasher safe.
Promising review: "I love chopped salad, and this little invention is amazing. It is good for one or two, but if you have more to feed, just do the items in a few batches, then mix. For only my hubby and I, it is the right size. I also love big salads for lunch, so I make my own salad in here. I think you could flip over the cutting side and use the underside as a bowl if you wanted to. I have my favorite salad bowl, so I haven't tried that yet. If you're on the edge as to whether to try, just do it. I'm also sending one as a gift." —Blah Blah

If cleaning a Crock-Pot feels daunting, grab a pack of slow cooker liners for super easy clean-up!
Promising review: "WHY DID NO ONE TELL ME THE MAGIC OF SLOW COOKERS RIGHT WHEN THEY BECAME A THING!? Seriously, this thing is a busy person's savior, or in my case, a lazy person's dream! This one is plenty large enough and incredibly easy to use. Reviews say this one runs a bit hotter than most, but I've followed a handful of recipes and their cook times seem to be accurate. I really love that this model will automatically switch to keep warm after the timer you set expires. That's crucial for me because I work ten hour shifts and most recipes even on low are about eight hours. That keep warm feature makes sure my food isn't burnt, but still warm when I get home." —Peter Q.

Promising review: "This is a great value for the product. The ovens I have used have always seemed to be a bit off, so this was very important to have around the house especially for recipes that need a very specific temperature. My wife bakes a lot and before having an oven thermometer, she often times over-baked or under-baked her recipes. This thermostat can hang easily on the oven rack and is easy to read, making it helpful for any dish that needs to be baked at a certain temperature. Highly recommend this product!" —Abe

Promising review: "If you are on the fence about getting one of these, GET ONE. It really is as easy as it sounds to have a perfectly cooked egg, no guesswork. If you're particular about egg yolks like me and like them soft but not runny or raw, I made a perfectly soft boiled egg that was cooked as directed at 11 minutes. You don't have to time it at all as the buzzer will go off. I have an ice bath ready next to the cooker, let the eggs sit for a minute or two in there, and peels come right off. Promising review: "If you're trying to decide what brand mixer is right for you, stop now and purchase a KitchenAid. Yes, they're more expensive than other brands, but they last. Promising review: "With these rings, dinner every night will be eggs. I have a large skillet that I love using for everything and obviously cracking an egg on a 20-inch skillet would result in the thinnest 20-inch long egg. Now I can make four eggs at the same time, they look like eggs, and they fit perfectly onto a bread/bagel sandwich. It does leak sometimes, but mostly because I rush to lift the ring before the egg is cooked properly on the sides. The trick is to keep the skillet heated properly and have some butter or other lard before adding the eggs. The rings are sturdy and easy to clean. No melting issues or anything. Great product, 10/10." —KS
