This meme was created by drag queen and Ru Paul's Drag Race contestant Jasmine Masters. The meme was pulled from a larger video she had uploaded to her YouTube channel, in which she talks about people who can't handle their liquor. At one point, Jasmine accidently hits her balls, and thus "And I oop..." was born.
2. Woman yelling at cat:

On the left side, we have a screenshot of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Taylor Armstrong getting into a heated argument with costar Camille Grammer, who is sadly not a cat. On the right, we have a cat by the name of Smudge. Smudge's photo first went viral when Tumblr user deadbeforedeath posted the photo to Tumblr with the caption, "he no like vegetals." Twitter user @MISSINGEGIRL then took it upon themselves to combine both photos together and created a masterpiece for the ages.
3. "Act My Age" dance:

The video was first uploaded to Vine by Aspect Za'Vier, who is featured in the video along with his mother Willona and brother Dexter. Aspect's mom is a choreographer and the three of them rehearsed the dance a few times before Aspect filmed it. They were originally dancing to the song “Drop” by Freco and Merlo but an edit of the video later replaced that song with One Direction's "Act My Age."
4. "Sorry to this man":

The meme originated from a Vanity Fair video interview with actor and host Keke Palmer. She was hooked up to a lie detector and shown a photo of Dick Cheney. She did not know who that man was.
5. "I'm baby":

The "I'm baby" meme first began in 2017, when ABC reported on a home invasion. A teen was home during the invasion and texted her mother to notify her, to which her mother replied "I'm baby. Call 911." Tumblr user darknetexclusivetouhouterrorcore posted a screenshot of the texts, which spread the phrase even further. Years later, Twitter user @Moeshayan then combined the popular phrase with Kirby, and a new meme was born.
6. Chris Evans with acrylic nails:

The original image was created by Nicole Nichelle and then later shared by writer @WrittenByHanna on Twitter after Chris Evans said he didn't know what Black Twitter was during an interview. Chris later saw the meme and retweeted it with the caption, "This gave me a genuine belly laugh." Nicole later met Chris in person, and he agreed to do the nail pose again. Nicole then immediately went back to her hotel room and photoshopped that image too.

The video shows Jawad Bendaoud entering a court room after he was convicted of harboring jihadist Abdelhamid Abaaoud and his accomplice, Chakib Akrouh. The two men were involved in the 2015 Paris terrorist attacks.

YouTuber Kayla Nicole Brown is no stranger to becoming a meme over and over again, but this one blew the hell up. The original video this clip is from is from a collab she did with YouTuber Deshae Frost called "Instagram vs. Reality," in which she's looking up and down at the guy's phone as he scrolls through her Insta in front of her.
9. International SpongeBob:

Twitter user @DlXlENORMOUS (who now seems to be suspended) originally created the meme by altering a photo of SpongeBob by adding a beret, polka dot dress, and eyeliner on him. They then put SpongeBob in Paris and added a background song. The original picture shows SpongeBob in a purple dress, hat, and holding a purple bag.

This video dates back to 2013 and is part of a web series by YouTuber Brandon Rogers. In this episode, a neighborhood watch group is formed and then rushes to their very first crime.
11. Bratz doll saying "Ew":

Is this Bratz character saying "Ew" to some rotten food? A smelly sock? Nah, upon finding a longer clip, she's looking at a pair of heels she apparently really hates. The character after her says, "What an interesting artifact" when describing them.

This legend is an event producer/creative director named Andy King. He worked with Fyre Fest founder Billy McFarland on the failed music festival. At one point, when drinking water was being held by a custom's official, King claimed that McFarland ordered him to give the official a blow job in exchange for the water. King agreed to do it (but did not go through with it), and made this face in the process of recounting the story in a Netflix doc about the festival.

The original video is of host and model Myesha Boulton modeling a green dress on her Instagram. Twitter user @GarrySlay was the first person to edit the video and put in a performance of Nicki Minaj singing "Roman Holiday" onto the dress.

The clip is originally from the 2004 Playstation 2 game Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. In the scene, protagonist CJ Johnson goes into Rolling Heights Ballas territory (they're a gang). Given that CJ was a member of an opposing gang, he knows he's not welcome.

The person on the left is YouTuber Quenlin Blackwell. It's a screenshot from a video she posted to Twitter in 2018 with the caption, "Sometimes you just have to let it out..scream if you have to." She screams in the video. On the right is a photo of the legendary Ms. Juicy, who appears on Little Women: Atlanta. She posted this couch pic (along with eight others) on Insta in January while watching a Cowboys football game.
16. "Meet my dad":
The meme was birthed when college student Collin Hayslett posted four photos of his model dad Clint Hayslett onto Twitter with the hopes that Twitter would help his career take off. Not only did his original tweet blow up, thousands more parody tweets began surfacing, like one featuring Steve Carell.
17. Nancy Pelosi clapping:

Nancy Pelosi stood up and clapped during President Trump's State of the Union address after he talked about diplomacy. Many didn't know if the clap was in earnest or sarcasm, but her daughter Christine Pelosi later tweeted, "Oh yes that clap took me back to the teen years. She knows. And she knows that you know. And frankly she’s disappointed that you thought this would work. But here’s a clap."

The clip comes from a YouTube video Kylie Jenner posted, in which she gives viewers a tour of her cosmetics headquarters. At one point, Kylie enters Stormi's playroom, flicks on the light, and sings "rise and shine" to her, though it's clear that Stormi's been up given that a camera person was literally waiting in the room for this moment.
19. "You were at my wedding, Denise":

Back in March, Denise McAllister, a conservative writer and commentator, wrote a tweet with some harsh words about The View. In the tweet, she included an article discussing Meghan McCain's "existential crisis," to which Meghan replied with, "You were at my wedding, Denise."

On May 7, days before the release of Detective Pikachu, the movie's official YouTube channel published a nearly two-hour video called, "Pokémon Detective Pikachu: Full Picture." The beginning of the video appears to be a leaked version of Ryan Reynolds' personal movie copy, that is, until a video of Pikachu dancing begins playing, and then just never ends. After video creator @luulubuu compared the Pikachu video to a Key & Peele sketch, people on Twitter began adding their own songs over the video.

23. Kidz Bop Karen

The original video shows a woman now dubbed "Kidz Bop Karen" confronting a Lyft driver and passenger in the middle of the road. The woman cursed at the passenger and kept telling them to "calm down." She then said her kids can't hear saying the word "bitch" because they're too busy listening to Kidz Bop. Karen, whose real name isn't known, told TMZ that she deserves the mockery and that her kids were listening to the Kidz Bop version of "Old Town Road."

The star of this clip is former football player, actor, and comedian Anthony Adams. In the full-length video, he's showing off his fade, and then pans to his son, who shows off his fade as well. The fake laugh then comes when Anthony pans back to himself, and appears to be "laughing" at his son.

Baby Yoda originates from the Disney+ series, The Mandalorian. Every screenshot or video of him seems to become a meme, and for good reason. LOOK AT THAT ADORABLE FACE. To be clear, this probably isn't actually Yoda, given that he died in 1983's Return of the Jedi. This adorable baby however is clearly the same species as Yoda.
