23 TV Moments From This Week That We Can't Stop Talking About

    I basically wept through every episode of TV this week.

    🚨Obviously, MASSIVE spoilers ahead!🚨

    1. First, on The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, John Walker got his butt kicked when the Dora Milaje arrived and tried to capture Zemo.

    2. And on The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, the episode ended with John Walker — who took the super-soldier serum — killing a Flag Smasher after Lemar was killed.

    3. On the Wynonna Earp Season 4 finale, Nicole and Waverly got married in a beautiful ceremony surrounded by Wynonna, Doc, Jeremy, Nedley, and Rachel.

    4. And on Wynonna Earp, after a heart-to-heart with Waverly, Wynonna decided to leave Purgatory and chase after Doc.

    5. On Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist, Zoey's powers were glitching again, and it led to Zoey finding out that Emily has silently been dealing with postpartum depression.

    6. The Nevers premiered on HBO this week. This new series follows Amalia and Penance, two brilliant women who protect orphans with abnormal abilities.

    7. On This Is Us, Randall and Kevin finally talked after their big fight last season, and Kevin aplogized for not realizing Randall struggled with being Black in an all-white family.

    8. On Station 19, the episode ended with the crew watching the news as they found out a Black man was killed in Minneapolis by police, echoing George Floyd's murder.

    9. On Grey's Anatomy, Phylicia Rashad guest-starred as a woman who was injured while attending a Black Lives Matter march.

    10. Younger returned with Season 7, and it picked up with Liza turning down Charles' proposal but still wanting to spend the rest of her life with him. However, Charles broke up with Liza.

    11. On Supergirl, Brainy and Lena shared this emotional moment after Lex continued to sabotage their lives.

    12. Shameless aired its series finale this week. The show ended with Frank dying from a combination of alcoholic dementia and COVID-19 while the rest of the Gallaghers celebrated Ian and Mickey's anniversary.

    13. On The Resident, Mina made the decision to go back to Nigeria before she's eventually deported, and AJ announced that he's going to go with her.

    14. Black Lightning delivered the Painkiller backdoor pilot in an episode that focused on Khalil and Painkiller — it led to an outstanding performance by Jordan Calloway.

    15. On For All Mankind, Karen and Danny slept together, and while I'm trying to forget this happening, Shantel VanSanten's performance when Karen told Danny to move on from her was amazing.

    16. On Nancy Drew, Ace and Grant helped save Helen, Grant's mom, and before Grant left town, he got to meet Thom.

    17. On Good Trouble, Davia and Dennis sang "Gravity" by Sara Bareilles, and I can't stop thinking about how incredible Emma Hunton and Josh Pence are together.

    18. On Good Girls, Beth became Rio's "banker" and learned that the people Rio answers to want to meet her, which was exactly what the FBI needed to hear.

    19. On Legacies, we found out that Finch is actually a werewolf, and in order to protect Josie, Lizzie lied and said Finch was seeing someone else.

    20. On Prodigal Son, Simon Hoxley arrived in NYC while investigating Nicholas Endicott's murder, and long story short, the Whitlys managed to get away with murder for now.

    21. On The Mighty Ducks: Game Changers, the Don't Bothers scored their first goal (yay) and Sofi decided to join the team (double yay).

    22. Them started streaming on Amazon Prime Video. This limited series is set in the 1950s and follows a Black family who moves to an all-white Los Angeles neighborhood.

    23. And finally, on The Flash, Frost turned herself into the CCPD after they decided to convict her for the crimes she committed as Killer Frost.
