I once got whiplash and a mild concussion after walking into a massive concrete staircase in a shopping centre. Was staring at my shoe at the time wondering what the stain on it was (Spoiler: bolognese from lunchtime!). My friends laughed. A lot.

I do hard puzzles, like Killer Sudoku. It means I can't think about anything else and feels like putting things in my brain on shelves. Helps me sleep fast - I can't do sudoku during the day now cos it makes me sleepy lol.
