magicalbunny, Perhaps captive wasn’t the right word, but there is a balance to be had between showing your kids they are important, and letting them believe they deserve to get whatever they want every time. That, in its own way, is setting them up for pain later.

Libraries are often supported by taxes, try to treat people humanely, and don’t make money for the private sector. Of course Fox News and conservatives want them closed. The right claims to be on the side of faith, but it is only bad faith through and through.
