So, San Diego Comic-Con 2022 was this past weekend, and — in case you missed it — we've taken it upon ourselves to round up all the biggest news in one place for your reading pleasure!
First things first, let's recap some of the biggest panels:
2.Creator Jeff Davis and stars Tyler Posey and Tyler Hoechlin stopped by to chat about the upcoming Teen Wolf: The Movie, and they revealed the next thing we can plan on seeing from the Teen Wolf universe is a spinoff series, Wolf Pack, which will star Sarah Michelle Gellar — who surprised the Hall H panel!
3.We learned all about the ins and outs of innies and outies during AppleTV+'s Severance panel.
5.The super-powered cast and director of Shazam! Fury of the Gods took over Hall H to talk all about the sequel and their newest cast additions.
6.And the most electrifying man in sports entertainment, Dwayne Johnson, transformed Hall H into a lightning field for Black Adam.
7.Keanu Reeves surprised fans with our very first John Wick: Chapter 4 teaser during a panel no one knew he'd even be attending!
8.And Netflix's The Sandman had a super-cool screening and Q&A panel, where Neil Gaiman answered questions about the upcoming adaptation.
9.Then, to end Saturday night with a bang, Marvel Studios revealed their extensive plans for the end of Phase 4, the entirety of Phase 5, and even gave use ~a tease~ for Phase 6 during their Hall H panel.
Next up, there were some really cool interviews, activations, and events happening all around San Diego to celebrate all things geeky! Just to name a few:
10.BuzzFeed caught up with Dwayne Johnson and chatted about his upcoming DC Entertainment film, Black Adam, which was very much a labor of love!
11.Also, BuzzFeed talked with the cast of Shazam! Fury of the Gods about filming the highly anticipated sequel.
12.Also-also, BuzzFeed got a chance to chat with Cobie Smulders about the mysterious upcoming Marvel Studios/Disney+ TV show, Secret Invasion.
13.There was a super-fun Abbott Elementary–themed activation that put fans right in the middle of TV's most beloved new school.
14.And there was also an incredibly immersive Severance experience, courtesy of AppleTV+.
15.Prime Video transformed a dinner hall into Middle-earth for a special press event to highlight the upcoming The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, which included a spectacular meal and an intimate live performance from their orchestra and composer, Bear McCreary.
16.And while we're talking about The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, the entire cast of the show — in partnership with TheOneRing.net — surprised fans with a special signing.
17.And, of course, Her Universe had their eighth annual fashion show, where they showcased some absolutely amazing fandom-inspired fashions!
