And with almost 7,000 5-star reviews, everyone agrees that this budget-friendly mascara holds up.
Promising review: "I have been searching high and low for over a year for a good mascara that wouldn’t make my eyes itch or become irritated, but to no avail. My Disney Princess eyes were put on the back burner. I stumbled upon this mascara in a BuzzFeed article for great makeup products, and decided 'What the heck, why not try it? It’s only five bucks.' My package came in the mail today, and I have been pleasantly surprised at how well it has stayed on my lashes with minimal smudge-edge, and zero itchiness. It applies SUUUUPER easily and without any clumping, and I’m hoping it remains that way. So far, it's THE BEST mascara I’ve used in a long time, at a beautifully inexpensive price that my college wallet can manage. It has brought back the Disney Princess eyes look I’ve so missed!" —Michal Lauren

Almost 15,000 5-star reviews don't lie, this thing works and works well. All you have to do is put in in the drain and then clean it every once and a while (and try not to gag when you do it).
Promising review: "This is absolutely worth every penny. Kudos to the inventor of this product. I have thick long dark hair, and after two months of moving into my own apartment, my shower drain was completely clogged with all my hair. After being disgusted at the amount of hair I had to clean out with a snake (which is NOT a fun task), I decided I needed to purchase something to prevent it from happening again. I read about this product on a BuzzFeed article, and I have no regrets. It is so satisfying to clean out, and it does not lie when it says it catches every single hair. I have had it for close to four months without once instance of my shower drain backing up. This product is absolutely worth it." —Jess

I continue to purchase this item because it works! I use them in the evening to clear occasional breakouts, and when I wake up in the morning the blemish is indeed smaller. It doesn't irritate my skin at all (which is actually amazing because almost everything does). After my sixth purchase of this item, the company sent me a handwritten thank you note for buying their product! If you have any hesitations about purchasing, push them aside and go for it! One of my coworkers introduced me to Rothy's. She raved about how comfortable they were and how even after two years of wearing hers, they still look brand new. Her glowing review convinced me to try, and I would have to agree. I have a different style than the one above, but I love them. The stretchy knit material really forms to your feet and makes you feel like you're walking on clouds. And the reviews speak for themselves. Thousands of people rave about the flats and how they work for people with wide feet and foot problems. Yes, they're a bit pricier but are definitely worth the investment.
Promising review: "A friend recommended Rothy's to me, and I decided to try my tried-and-true black flat. I have wide feet, so I was skeptical because most cute shoes don't fit unless they are specifically branded as wide. When they came I was immediately obsessed with the comfort and how cute they were. Over the next month, my collection has grown to nine pairs of Rothy's... The colors make me smile and cheer up an otherwise ordinary outfit. I won't be going back, these are amazing!" —Mackenzie B.

And with more than 3,400 5-star reviews and a 4.7 out of 5-star rating, this small brush is really all that it's cracked up to be. Your rings will never be the same (in the best way possible).
Promising review: "If I could give this 10 stars I would!!! I'm a little of a fanatic when it comes to keeping my jewelry clean, especially my wedding set. I tried this product on my diamonds, Swarovski crystals, and Brighton jewelry and the results are nothing less than amazing!!! This restored one of my Swarovski rings that I have not worn in years due to the cloudy color to a sparkling brilliance just like the first day I bought it!! I cannot recommend this product enough!!! I just ordered additional wands so I don't run out!!! Home run Amazon!" —Kristina B.

And with more than 4,000 5-star reviews and a 4.6 out of 5-star rating, this film is gracing the windows in lots of homes. The film is made with static cling, so it can be removed very easily and won't leave behind any residue. Plus, it blocks out 96% of UV rays, which will protect you and your home from being directly exposed to sunlight. It is also heat-controlling, which means it will keep your home warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer.
Promising review: "I'm really happy with this product. I have huge sliding door windows on the first floor, so I wanted to have some privacy but still have natural light. It was very easy to apply. I thought it would be like trying to apply a screen protector, which is frustrating, but since there's no adhesive and the material is pliable; the bubbles come out very easily. The pliability also makes it very forgiving if you don't cut it perfectly. I plan on buying more for my other set of windows! A few reviewers complained about not getting the rainbow/prism effect. It depends on the angle and intensity of the light. My windows face the setting sun pretty directly, so sunset is rainbow time! Season changing will probably alter the effect, as the angle of the sun changes a bit. From the outside, I've noticed that small lights in a dark room (ex: my digital clock backlight) produce pretty rainbow circles on the film." —D. M. Guzman

This bag is a favorite on our team. I have it in two sizes — large and extra large — and love them both in different ways. Both are made with neoprene fabric, so the bag is soft to the tough and a bit stretchy, which means I can fit SO much into it. Plus, it has a ton of interior pockets and a pocket on the outside that's designed perfectly to fit your phone (genius, if you ask me). I've used both sizes as carry-on bags and the extra-large does fit until the seat in front of you. But the bags are great for more than just flying. I've also used the large for weekend trips and fit all my clothes, shoes, and toiletries in it. Now, I personally don't go to the gym, but I know people do use it as a gym bag or even as a diaper bag. It's a great investment you'll find yourself using for years.
Promising review: "I love my new bag. I have been on the hunt for the perfect stylish yet utilitarian bag for some time now. And I think I found out! I love the number of pockets (no more bottom bag abyss) and the hardware. Having a back pocket for my phone is just perfect. I’m obsessed. Thank you for a form-meets-function bag!" —Megan V.

This brush has hype with more than 17,000 5-star reviews, and it really does live up to it. The oval brush design smooths the hair and the round edges create volume — leaving you with a salon-worthy blowout at home. It also has two heat and speed settings and a cool option.
Promising review: "This is truly the greatest thing since sliced bread!! I've put off buying something like this for years, but finally, I gave in with a great deal of trepidation. I shouldn't have waited so long! I mean it cut my hair drying time in HALF and it's SO super easy to use. My hair looks so much better than when I round brush it with a regular hair dryer bc the oval shape gives me better angles to use. If I could go back I'd probably save a year of my life using this instead!!! It's that good. The design of the on-off switch is ingenious, so easy to use. You can use this with one hand! Promising review: "I am a guy not too fond of cooking and cleaning up. I like working out and eating clean. I bought the 6-quart last weekend, and I can say my life is now on a different trajectory because of this product. Cooking and cleaning up is now a breeze. It cooks amazing foods. (I suggest getting a recipe book.) I can cook in large batches for the whole week without too much fuss. The best part is cleaning up. Due to the deep bowl, it doesn't splatter everywhere when cooking. I use it to sauté a lot. It has replaced my electric stove and even my microwave. I just ordered the nonstick bowl for it as the food seems to stick to the stainless-steel bowl when searing or sautéing. It's an amazing product." —TK

With this bad boy, I don’t need makeup primer, and it sets my make up beautifully. It doesn’t break me out, and a little goes a long way. I can use it on days when I’m bare-faced as well, and it doesn’t make me oily. The tube has lasted me about two months so far, and I have a bit over half left, so it does last a good while. I'm a big fan of this nail polish bottle handle, aka "The Poppy," and so are some of my colleagues. I know I'm not the only one that struggles to paint my nails with my non-dominant hand. And this thing really does help. It fits on the bottle after you remove the over-cap and really stabilizes the brush and makes it easier to hold in your hand, thus making it easier to get an even coat. This means both hands come out beautiful. Trust me — it really does make a difference.

And with more than 2,000 five-star reviews, people love this device to roast, bake, grill, fry, with very little oil.
Promising review: "BEST BEST BEST item ever!! I can't believe how much I love this kitchen countertop appliance. I use this on average once a day, maybe more. It looks beautiful, and you can pretty much put anything in there. Chicken, french fries, steak, roast, you name it; and all without the grease. You can even cook hot dogs; not the most healthy but they come out as you cooked them on the grill. Reheating food comes out much better in this air fryer than in a microwave. The microwave either overcooks or makes things soggy and the food just never tastes the same but not in the air fryer!! The food comes out great! Gotta try it!" —Kathleen

My mom wasn't the only one that did that, right?? It's one size but can be adjusted to fit chest sizes 30 in to 43 inches and comes with almost 9,000 five-star reviews.
Promising review: "I started wearing this in hopes of improving my posture. It's much better than I expected, and my posture has improved substantially. I worked up to wearing it pretty much all day at work under my shirt. I work outside and sometimes do strenuous activity. It does not impede me from doing anything and does not restrict my movement. It does remind me how I should be holding my back which has probably saved me from several strains. The most surprising thing is that my lower back pain is gone. I think it is probably just my generally improved posture and developing the muscles in my back and torso but I don't go to work without it anymore and will buy another when it wears out. Oh, and it washes fine in the washing machine." —Greg

This moisturizer (and really most CeraVe products) are a favorite on the BuzzFeed shopping team. I've been using this moisturizer for over a year now. It was actually recommended to me by my dermatologist, who I was working with to deal with acne. I stopped using everything I had tried before and simplified my routine to this moisturizer, the night version (without the SPF), and the foaming face wash, and let me tell you, I love them all. This moisturizer is great because it really is lightweight and blends in in seconds. It's really I'll I've been wearing on my face since March, and my skin has never looked better. Plus, it protects me when I'm out in the sun, which is a big plus in my book. And here's what my fellow colleague has to say about it:
Promising review: "You know how everyone is always on your case about wearing sunscreen EVERY SINGLE DAY? And maybe you're wondering how you could possibly fit yet another item into your packed skincare routine? The solution is simple: a moisturizer with SPF 30. This lazy and economical option means you can continue your usual routine and just sneak in the SPF, kinda like how parents sneak vegetables into their kids' food. There are lots of options on the market, but I always opt for the cult-favorite basic: CeraVe Facial Moisturizing Lotion AM! It's oil-free, fragrance-free, absorbs easily, and boasts MVP ingredients like hyaluronic acid and ceramides (1, 3, 6 II). I wear this every single morning, and probably will for as long as the pharmacy will sell it to me. The hyaluronic acid hydrates and the ceramides help restore the skin barrier and increase moisture levels. In other words, it makes your skin silky soft.
I have ultra-sensitive skin — like truly diva-level, gets-red-from-everything kind of skin — and I have never had a problem with any CeraVe products. In conclusion, this is a non-irritating, affordable option for non-fussy people who just wanna tear through their skincare routine and get out the door." —Rebecca O' Connell

This little gadget can not only open jars, but also other hard lids (like on plastic bottles). It's great for people with limited mobility and comes highly recommended with more than 3,000 5-star reviews. It's easy to use — just put what needs to be opened in the corner and twist.
Promising review: "I bought this last year and have used it many times on many different lids, even use it to open gallon milk jugs when those pesky plastic attachments just won't seem to give. I haven't found anything I try that it won't open for me. No more banging on the counter, just hold it under my cabinet and slid it in the V-shaped opening, give it a little twist to open, hardly any effort at all. It was easy to attach under the cabinet, I put mine so the wide opening faces forward. I personally think every house should have one of these." —Addie

Plus, it lasts for a long time! It will provide about 1,000 gallons of safe drinking water. And with more than 7,000 5-star reviews, people agree that it really does what it says it does.
Promising review: "This thing is no joke! I took it backpacking in Maine's Bigelow range. When I ran out of the water I brought, I was A-OK with this. On top of one of the lower peaks, I drank from the most disgusting-looking crevice filled with brown scum. I thought, this is going to be safe, but taste horrid. WRONG. IT TASTED LIKE THE FRESHEST SPRING WATER, better than any tap. I'm from Maine, and I've tasted plenty of water right from mountain springs, so take my word for it. One note: it can be a little challenging to use at first. You have to start by soaking it; if it still doesn't work, blow into it a bit. Get one for your outdoor adventures, and one for your bug-out bag, which everyone should have in case of natural disaster." —Amazon Customer

I've been an avid Kindle user for years, but when I saw this version, I knew it was time to upgrade. The main selling point is the fact that this one is waterproof. So waterproof, in fact, that it can be in up to 2 meters of freshwater for more than 60 minutes. Plus, it's lighter, has more storage, and the battery lasts for WEEKS. I took this on vacation with me a while ago and was so impressed. I was able to sit on the ledge in the pool and read without worrying about getting the device wet. And I even put it in the water to test, and it still works perfectly. Plus, I used it every day and didn't have to charge it the whole time I was on the trip. That gets a big gold star in my book. And I'm not the only one that thinks this. It has more than 15,000 5-star reviews and 4.4 out of 5 stars. If you're an avid reader (or just a casual reader who wants to read more), this is for you.
Promising review: "I love this!!! I was using the kindle app on my phone and my battery was drained within a few hours. The Kindle battery lasts a week or two, and I read sometimes for more than four hours a day. I love the waterproof feature. I have four young kids, and it has been tested multiple times with no issues! I love that I can buy/rent books from Amazon easily as well as use the Overdrive app through the library. I am not a technology savvy person, and I find the process very simple. I use this without and case and am very rough on it, and have had it almost a year at this point, and it hasn’t scratched at all. The only thing I wish they’d improve is to not have the on/off button on the bottom of the kindle. It makes it difficult to prop up on a hard surface and read without it turning off." —W&A Mohn

This vacuum is a favorite of the BuzzFeed shopping team. We LOVE it and love to talk about it. Multiple people have it, including me. I used to DREAD vacuuming. I hated how long it took, how you had to keep stopping to unplug and replug in the cord, and how mundane the whole experience was. Well, not anymore. I honestly never thought I'd be the kind of person to get excited about getting a vacuum, but this baby is brilliant. I can vacuum my whole apartment in about five minutes (It's pretty small) without ever really stopping. Plus, it has different attachments that help me reach those hard-to-reach places (*cough, cough* under my couch) that haven't seen a vacuum in years. It is pretty expensive, but it's worth it in my opinion because it really does circles around any other vacuum I've ever used.
Promising review: "OK, this vacuum is by far one of the best buys I have ever purchased. I have neck and back issues and needed a lightweight vacuum. Well, I can't understand how quiet it is and works so fantastic. I can run it and put it in and out of the charging cradle with one hand. I just love how everything is designed, you can tell a lot of thought went into each and every aspect of it. It goes under objects with ease, picks up along edges great. A lot of the reviews said it would need to be emptied a lot at first, and yes it did. It pulled the dirt up so much more than my previous sweeper that I was embarrassed to think my floors were that dirty. I truly am sold on this vacuum, I was skeptical but boy did it show me. Thank you, Dyson, for making my life easier." —Admin.
