It‘s an oldy but goodie: “The West Wing”. Espescially in these crazy political times, it is super reasuring to see people in the Whitehouse give a damn (even if it is all make belief). It is also fascinating how relevant the show still is today

My oven may not be calibrated correctly, but after 40 min at 400F the veggies were more of a steamed consistency than roasted. I put them in with the setting to broil which crisped them up a bit, but they had lost a lot of their bite.

The organic individual frozen chicken breasts! I mostly eat chicken and it's great to have a couple bags in the freezer so I don't need to worry about it going bad, and I can just grab some whenever I need. They are frozen in a way that all the pieces easily seperate.
