Portuguese McDs served coffee like pictured for Brazil... but their regular burger options were so much healthier. For no extra cost, you can get a basic salad with balsamic dressing, and bottled unsweetened lemon water. That was really good!

I do #11 a lot for a lazy meal. It's delicious and you can throw in whatever you have.
