Yeah someone did the "hair in my food" to get a refund on a pizza delivery. They were nice enough to even tape a bone dry hair that looked nothing like anyone working's hair to the box with "here's your hair!" written next to it.

Ordering groceries online for pickup. I can go "shopping" in my kitchen to see what I already have, not get caught strolling the aisles and grabbing stuff that I don't need, and I don't have to use self checkout that most grocery places are making customers do these days.
