Review: "It’s a pretty simple thing, but my boyfriend’s mother is possibly the most thoughtful gift-giver I’ve ever met, and for Christmas one year she gave me a microwaveable neck wrap to help ease tension in my neck and shoulders. I have both anxiety and chronic back pain, and when my anxiety is bad, my tension and pain increase, which makes me more anxious, and so on. The one she gave me was lavender-scented and despite washing the removable cover regularly, it still smells great after almost two years." —Olivia F.

Review: "My Fitbit has worked wonders for my mental health. If I feel down because I haven't accomplished anything that day, something as small as just checking my step count and physical activity reminds me that I didn't completely throw the day away. Tracking food, water, and sleep has helped me make sure I'm taking time to feed and take care of myself." —Olivia F.
