Honestly if the weather is too cold for running a better tip might be to use indoor training such as spinning, circuits class or skipping. It has the benefit of increasing aerobic capacity whilst also exercising different leg muscles.
To be honest I've always hated it when people say the best solution to a problem is to think positively. It helps sure but on its own it's just wasted energy. To really overcome hardships you need to be resourceful, hard working and stubborn. So I'll level with you. Job hunting sucks…Â
