came here to say this. i looove the natural light but it'll inevitably leak someday and be pricey to fix. also I don't really believe they "save a ton on the electric bill" bc a simple overhead light with an energy saver LED doesn't use much power.
i don't get tipped in my job either, but i chose the employer that pays me the most and i prioritize clients that bring in the most revenue. so fine, don't tip any service workers making "more than minimum wage," but don't be shocked when they're too booked up to take you.
