I went asparagus cutting yesterday. They grow wild here in northern Colorado and south-eastern Wyoming and are certainly in abundance this year. I knew quite a few of these (certainly not all!), and I had to stop and realize that not everyone lives or visits rural areas.

I've tried several times to get my home state (Wyoming), or at least the current place I live in (Colorado), and I've had no luck. Even Nebraska would be okay; I love western NE, but that hasn't been an option either. I'm really not surprised; Wyoming is always forgotten.
