The entire first Season of Buffy. It starts fine, and fun, and ends as one of the best shows of all time, imho. Not an apologist. Joss Whedon sounds like an awful human. But his shows were so much more than just him. Buffy is worth the slog.

Phantom of the Opera. It was just never meant for the screen. It was so melodramatic that the singing felt like yelling. I just couldn’t get past that.

I think he did great! He was clearly nervous, but when he allowed himself to relax into it, he nailed it. It’s a hard ass song to sing.
