47 Products Reviewers Loved So Much They Called Them The “Best” They’d Tried

This reviewer-beloved pair of joggers and moisturizing hand soap are out here proving Ash Ketchum isn't the only one who wants to be the very best, like no one ever was.

We hope you love the products we recommend! All of them were independently selected by our editors. Just so you know, BuzzFeed may collect a share of sales or other compensation from the links on this page if you decide to shop from them. Oh, and FYI — prices are accurate and items in stock as of time of publication.

    1. A beloved Carharrt beanie (that has over 100,000 positive reviews!!) to help you stave off the cold, keeping your noggin both super warm and — perhaps most importantly of all — color-coordinated to your other cold weather gear. This comes in so many colors that whoops, you might just buy three.,

Promising review: "Best type of this hat I've owned. I like this particular hat because it's long enough that, if it's really cold, you can pull the hat all the way down and double the fabric over your ears to keep them warmer. Most types of these hats I find are not deep enough to do that. So this is by far my favorite cold weather hat. Carhartt put some thought into this hat, and it paid off. Superior." —Dave

*Another* promising review: "This is the warmest, best hat ever. I've never really worn hats, living in California, but have had to go to Minnesota and other cold places recently for work, and it keeps my head SO WARM. It's soft (I hate even the tiniest bit of scratchy feeling) and the purple sage color is muted and elegant and lovely. I don't think I will ever buy another kind of hat again!" —Lia

Get it from Amazon for $16.99 (available in one size and 28 styles).

    2. A suuuper popular Bio-Oil made with vitamins A and E, chamomile, and lavender — you may recognize it as a product a lot of people use to help fade scars (both old and new), soothe cracked and dry skin, and help moisturize without affecting your pores, but people are also using it in quarantine to help with dry and painful skin on their hands from hand-washing and sanitizing.

A model rubbing bio-oil on their hands

FWIW re: scars, though, this stuff really works. I had thyroid surgery a few years ago and Bio-Oil took me from looking like I'd stumbled out of the Red Wedding to virtually no detectable scar within a few months. All I did was apply it once in the morning and once at night.

Promising review: "This is by far the BEST skin care I have found. I have sun-damaged skin and it has helped more than anything I have used. If used as directed it will not only fade scars, it will also fade brown spots. I use this twice daily and have been using for probably a year now and see a remarkable difference in my skin's appearance. I use instead of lotion, as it absorbs really well." —Amazon Customer

Get it from Amazon for $8.89 (available in three sizes).

    3. A popular water-resistant Under Armour face mask designed to sit off your lips, giving you plenty of room to breathe without getting fabric sucked into your mouth. It's also made with the company's Iso-Chill fabric, so it doesn't overheat despite being bulkier than other masks.

This mask has the approval of a *ton* of runners and athletes in its reviews, but also runners IRL. I run in Central Park four days a week and I am constantly seeing other runners in this mask. I have two of them in my own run rotation, and I'm impressed not only by how well they stay in place and don't get over-sweaty and gross on long runs, but by how well they wash up and maintain their shape. The straps are super soft on your ears, too. I've gotten to used to straps chafing on longer runs that I was surprised by what a difference this made. A lot of reviewers also swear by these for long trips on planes, since they're so comfy. I gifted one of these to my dad for Christmas, too, and it's his go-to for walks and errand running. It's just an overall easier mask to breathe in (while still maintaining a tight fit and keeping the people around you safe!).

Promising review: "This is unquestionably the best mask I own. I’ve tried lots of different ones. This is the only one which is tolerable to wear all day. It’s about as comfortable as a mask can be, the ear loops are thin and light (no stitching) so they don’t pull my ears much and don’t irritate. The thickness is appropriate, but doesn’t interfere with air flow. It’s easier to breathe in this mask than most. It’s pricey, but well worth it. I use it for exercise and even more importantly, I also wear one all day at work. I highly recommend it." —Marnie Van

Type Of Fit: Around the ear loops

    Pocket For Filter: No

    Fabric Type: Iso-Chill fabric

    4. A set of hypoallergenic brushed microfiber sheets so popular they've amassed over 100,000 positive reviews. They're also wrinkle- and fade-resistant, designed to be easy to put on your mattress, and are such high quality that many reviewers compare them to sheets they've bought in the past for $100 or more.

Reviewer image of beige sheets on a bed

Promising review: "I've been using these sheets for a few weeks now and I can absolutely say that they are my favorite sheets ever. I don't know what unicorn this fabric was harvested from, but it's so incredibly soft. It's 90 degrees here and I'm not finding them too warm at night. I've washed them and thrown them in the dryer and so far so good on not showing any signs of wear. The other thing I like is that they're pretty deep, so they actually fit well on our memory foam mattress. I can't believe the price; I really didn't know what I was expecting for that price point but I'm am so shockingly pleased. I'm ordering a second set for my bed and replacing both my sons' beds with these sheets." —Heather B.

    5. A foot file just as effective — if not more so! — than going to a salon. This will remove calluses and hard or cracked skin from your feet with some gentle, pain-free rubbing. It works whether your feet are dry or wet at the time, and will leave your heels so soft you might start petting them.

Before image of a cracked foot with an after image of the skin smooth

Promising review: "The best callus grater ever! No, seriously people, this thing works!!! The calluses on my feet were so bad they looked like something that could snatch dinner out of a lake. I was skeptical at first because my feet were so bad but after using this amazing callus grater, I am sold. One use and my heels are completely soft. I wish I would have taken before and after pictures. I recommend grating with light steady pressure as I can see hard pressure might rip your heel off. But in all seriousness, this thing is a miracle worker and I highly recommend this product." —Jeff

Get it from Amazon for $9.95.

    6. A pair of incredibly soft hybrid leggings and joggers that are basically what happens if those two types of pants have a ridiculously comfy, highly functional baby.,

Promising review: "Best sweatpants ever. I can't explain how genuinely happy I am that these pants fit. I have trouble finding pants that fit AND are comfortable AND look good and i just found all three. These pants are very comfortable and soft but not see through even if you stretch it. The material seems thin enough to let you breathe but thick and durable enough to last one to three-plus years. (Hard to tell based on one wear, will update as time goes by.) Ordered a 3x and it fits perfectly. I also usually hate wide waistbands especially on my belly but this one is very soft and just mostly feels like extra layers of fabric, but is still pretty secure on your waist. Will definitely buy multiple pairs. :)" —Stacey

Get them from Amazon for $9.99+ (available in women's sizes S–3X and dozens of colors).

    7. A Petcube, which is basically a Furbo without all the extra bells and whistles — this super reliable pet monitoring camera has a wide angle and night vision so you can check on your pet 24/7 and even talk to them, giving you peace of a whole new peace of mind whenever you leave the house.

Promising review: "The best pet cam on the market. Honestly in love. Was debating on getting this or the Furbo and I love this. I don’t need a treat dispenser so I just got the camera version and it does the job and I can check in on my dog all day everyday whether I’m in another room or not at home. Love it, quality is crisp and clear, this product deserves much more recognition." —Megan

This is designed to work on all hair types, with reviewers with 2b to 4c curls mentioning it worked for them!

Promising review: "I have naturally blonde, medium length, more coarse hair that gets damaged from heat styling and is just naturally dry. I was looking for a hair mask to help heal my dry ends and just general damage. I followed the directions on the box, and left it in my hair for 15 mins, and rinsed my hair, and styled as normal, and my hair has never been so sleek, and NOT weighed down, and the hair cuticles are together, and not frizzy. AND it's sooooo humid outside today and my hair stayed looking fresh. BONUS! I've tried so many masks and treatments that have weighed down my hair or left a weird residue, this is the best one I've ever tried. For my hair length/thickness, I could get about five treatments from this size of a bottle." —Annie J.

Reviewer image of glass of red wine with a bottle of Drop It, along with a caption explaining that it's been working

Plus, this is a heck of a lot easier to use if you want to drink out at a restaurant without calling attention to yourself. This has worked so well on dog vomit as well as accidents from my dog's diarrhea when he was sick. In fact, I've used this to eliminate odors in homes by washing walls and floors as well as spraying in air ducts and so much more. This stuff is absolutely amazing! I am a real estate agent and recently sold a home that had an unpleasant odor throughout the house. After having the home cleaned, including carpets, I could still smell the unpleasant odor. So, I sprayed the carpets, window treatments, floors, and air ducts with this stuff and the odor is completely gone and has not come back. Several days later, the home just has a nice clean smell. Just what you want when selling a home - no 'perfumy' air fresheners which are a red flag odors are trying to be covered up. I love Rocco and Roxie." —Grace4Today

I don't want to add more chemical that will stick to the surfaces. Others don't require melting wax, but they leave a cloying 'fragrance' that lingers for several washers. This product was so easy to use: cut the tablet from its sealed pouch and drop it into the detergent chamber inside the dishwasher and just press start. That SIMPLE! When it was done, the inside appeared to sparkle. Most of the gunk that had built up around the door and all the surfaces were clean. AND there was no lingering cloying odor. It smelled like nothing. Emma Lord/BuzzFeed, Amazon

I recently purchased this because it was my cheapest option for making zoodles, and also because my apartment is the size of a shoebox and there was no room for anything bigger. I LOVE how easy it is to swap out the caps to do other things, too — I've started grating my own cheeses and feel very fancy. I have heard about a different brand that i think is a bit pricey, but was will to try it because i could not find anything i liked. I went on Amazon to order the pricey brand and saw. I saw all the great reviews and the photos and the GREAT PRICE. For the price I had to try it. When I received and tried it, I immediately ordered one for my mom to try. She loved it also. Love love this frother. I use it to 'blend' my morning coffee with coconut oil. This frother is more powerful than my last. The stand is a nice little bonus to keep the frother off the table and from rolling off the counter. The handle is very comfortable to hold. The back (if the label is facing you), has an index finger rest. I highly recommend this frother." —N Duong

    24. An enzyme-based laundry stain remover that works its magic in one wash to help you instantly get rid of all that discolored dried sweat and deodorant residue in the armpits of your favorite summer clothes.

A before image of a stained shirt and an after image of it without stains

This spray also does a number on all those other miscellaneous stains in your life, like wine, coffee, oil, make up, and period blood!

Promising review: "For whatever reason, I am ALWAYS spilling things on my shirts and I cook every night (sometimes I remember the apron, sometimes I don't). My clothes are a mess by the end of the day. I'm not proud of it, but there it is. I have tried EVERYTHING there is to remove stains and this is the absolute BEST thing out there. (There is simply not a major stain remover that I have not tried.) The only thing close is a long pre-soak (I mean like six hours) in Oxyclean. With Puracy, you get the best result by doing it well in advance, but for me that is another plus because I would far rather spray them when I put them in the hamper than do it all at once just before I do the laundry. It seems to get everything out and I've never had any trouble with damaged fabric. I don't really review very much, but this is seriously outstanding." —NYC Buyer

    25. Maybelline's Instant Age Rewind concealer, a popular lightweight multi-use concealer for anyone who wants to quickly touch up before Zoom calls or walks around the neighborhood, but doesn't want to commit to a whole layer of foundation. This also helps reduce puffiness and cover dark circles without caking.

    Kayla Suazo / BuzzFeed

Promising review: "I can develop dark circles under my eyes from seasonal allergies, and really, no one wants dark circles under their eyes. They make us look more tired than we are and older than our years. I've tried just about every concealer out there, and, surprisingly, this is the best. I say 'surprisingly' because I am one of those persons who tends to dismiss any makeup that costs less than $100 a pop. (I'm a big believer in 'you get what you pay for.') My beliefs aside, this product helps a lot. I've found it to be very moisturizing and it's caused me no irritation at all. It's very easy to apply, and I love the fact that the sponge applicator is antimicrobial. I don't like to worry about germs, but I also don't like to be constantly disinfecting. Sometimes it's necessary, but it's a step I'd rather skip when I can. This concealer lasts all day, at least for me. It certainly makes my under eye area look much brighter. I apply it before my tinted moisturizer and kind of blend the two together where they meet, without really covering the concealer. That would be defeating the purpose. While this conceals dark areas, it doesn't give you that silly white look under the eyes that some concealers can give. Since the skin under our eyes is usually much more delicate than it is on other areas of our face, a lot of under eye concealers can cake. I hate that. I've worn this concealer for sixteen hours at a time, in the dry, recycled air of a jet plane, and it has never caked, and I have dry skin. Very dry skin." —Colorata Kiki

Reviewer image of contoured black sleep mask

Promising review: "The BEST BEST BEST and most comfortable sleep mask I’ve found. Night shifter for years, and have tried everything. Many other sleep masks have some qualities but not all. Some are high quality material but let light in, others are comfortable but material frays or cones apart after a few months, some are good for blackout but have a hard metal adjustment clasps on the band hurts when you sleep on it. This one has an adjustable coast on the band but I don’t feel it when I’m sleeping like others. This one is AMAZINGLY SOFT, VERY THICK, plush, high quality material, quality stitching that won’t come apart like so many others that are cheaply made, and it’s EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE even though it’s a good price. Very impressed and pleasantly surprised." —V

I even tried this to clean the oil on the stove and on the floors and wow!!! Also thanks to my kids I have a lot of different options to try this product now! I used to clean the crayons and markers on the wood and I take off my hat! Less then a minute to clean! Oh boy it also cleaned the raspberry from my carpet!!!! Wow!" —Milana Pary

Promising review: "Natural and easy! I use Boy Brow everyday that I wear makeup, and I love that natural but refined and full look this gives my brows and sometimes my eyelashes. I got rid of all other brow products immediately and I'm never going back! While the Boy Brow is perhaps not the most inexpensive brow product on the market it is by far the best, and unlike other tinted brow gels out there it doesn't leave your brows with a crusty finish but rather a breathable and flexible finish that manages to keep your brow hairs glued in place. It has become my holy grail eyebrow product and I can't wait to try more of Glossier's products!! :)" —Emma

I can say this eye cream is huge in features! It has dramatically decrease the tire-looks of on my eyes! White wand-shaped nail grinder showing three different settings for different sized dogs and nails

Rexipets is a Utah-based small business that specializes in products for easier, safer pet grooming.

Promising review: "We've tried 'several' dog nail grinders, but this is far and away the best we've used. Battery life is incredible. The grinder actually works, and is capable of taking off a lot, or a little depending on the angle, and pressure applied. The grinder head is attached to the spindle, so there's no sandpaper ring to come loose, or 'spin-in-place' while the grinder is in contact with the nail. The LED light is perfectly positioned, and provides great illumination of the work area. Our dogs are big (13+ year old retired greyhound and a pit bull-weimaraner mix) and their nails are tough. This grinder works, and works quietly enough that our dogs aren't bothered by the sound. It also seems the grinder wheel is of a finer grit, which reduces the vibrations our dogs didn't like. We use the grinder with the wheel fully exposed because of the dogs' nail sizes, and it also makes it easier for us to shape the nail. What used to be a two person job can now be accomplished by one, and is about half the time. We highly recommend the Rexipets Dog Nail Grinder!" —William H. Billings

    42. A broom for pet and human hair that can work on any type of floor, but is specifically designed to pull it up from the carpet faster and deeper than even a lot of vacuums can reach. In less than five minutes you'll find out what color your carpet's *actually* been the whole time!

    Emma Lord/BuzzFeed

An embarrassing confession: I do not have a pet, but I shed like nobody's business. My hair gets so ingrained in the carpet that a vacuum truly does nothing for it, so I often was just unrooting clumps of hair from the floor with my hands (sorry for the visual). I bought this broom and it immediately started pulling it up GOBS of hair. My carpet like, genuinely changed color (turns out the pink was supposed to be much pinker, whoops). Anyway, do with that semi-horrifying information what you will — you can read my full review of the pet hair broom for more deets.

Promising review: "This thing is seriously the BEST broom ever! We recently took out the carpet in our living room and put laminate in, which is lovely but good lord there are dust bunnies and it doesn't help that we have a ton of animals so the hair is just flying around left and right. Not only does this work well on the hard floors, but I used it in our bedroom which still has carpet in it. I had vacuumed a few days before, but I figured why not try it! Well, holy crap! This thing picked up even more hair that was embedded in the carpet! Works super well on those difficult rugs that are a pain to vacuum as well. But the main reason I bought it was because I hated how the normal broom would just push hair around on the laminate and not where I wanted it to go, whereas this rubber one more so holds on to it and doesn't flick it into the air. Buy it!" —MSH

Promising review: "This is by far the best cleaner for the disposal. It not only foams away grime from disposal, but also the drain in the next-door sink. I have tried other cleaners, which do little or nothing, and when I couldn't find Glisten at the big box store where I originally purchased it, I even tried the old standby of baking soda and vinegar. While that was better than using those little citrus smelling beads, I was really happy to find this product on Amazon. I now have several months' supply and will not be without again." —Anne B. Psst — a lot of reviewers mentioned this also helped prevent peeling and itching!

Promising review: "I suffered from a severe burn that was raw and blistered and tried everything I could to relieve the pain. Out of all the products, this was the best! The product is like a runny lotion which was perfect for me. This allowed for an easy application with little pain. The cooling sensation was instant and it gave me some mobility back in my shoulders and back. Before I was so stiff from my burn I had limited movement. After my husband applied the lotion, my movement was still limited but there was improvement and much less pain involved. I have highly sensitive skin and this stuff caused no irritation at all. I do recommend this product and will be sure to always have it on hand during the summer months." —Chelsea

Promising review: "Simply put, this foaming bath wash is among the best I have ever experienced! The scent is absolutely divine! The exhilarating scent is very strong, yet it is not overbearing at all! The quality is superb — this stuff is thick and a little goes a very long way! It lasts forever! And of course, the value is phenomenal! This is far better than any other foaming bath wash in this price range and honestly, I find it compares to the far more expensive (3x-4x the price) higher end luxury (overpriced) brands.
