Ticket to Ride is the best. It's strategy and trains and maps and as a bonus, you can't really tell who is winning until the end, so sibling rivalry and loud, drunk arguments stay at a minimum.

Get out of your room or off campus! You can hate your college, your peers, your classes, parties, etc., but if it's making you hole up in your room avoiding the world you'll regret it forever. Get an extra job, a phys ed class, a volunteer job, anything to get you out and about.
