Keep in mind, there are very few iron lungs left. There is only one in our state, so if you don't get the polio vaccine, I guess you are out of luck. I had measles, mumps and chicken pox all in one year. I would have gladly had a shot or two to bypass any of these illnesses.

We had a giant chair in our living room. It was great. We loved it, our pets loved it. And then, I had back surgery and my husband hurt his knee and we realized they are impossible to get out of comfortably. So they are fantastic, until you have a mobility problem.
