I’ve gone to yoga classes for a few years 3 times a week, but I️ started doing yoga every day at home, whether it was workouts or just stretching, and it definitely paid off!
I'm going into my senior year of high school and I keep a "diary" ( I think of it as just a notebook) where I write down things that I know I'll want to remember in the future. Most entries are less than a page, just little memories I want to have access to so I can remember them…
