Who really wants to go to the gym after a long day of work and running errands? I definitely don't.

So we want to know, what small and doable steps did you take toward living a healthier lifestyle in 2017?

Maybe you decided you weren't going to bring your phone to bed anymore, so that you could get better sleep.
