How cpuld you possibly glorify overcrowding at football matches? I didn’t realise being crushed to death was something to miss

Is this a very badly done joke or has someone actually mistaken Thatcher for a feminist?
The difference is that the Americans never had to live through what she did to our country or the legacy she left
I believe this was the Second Reading of the bill. Now this has been passed it needs to go to committee for consideration. They will see if any ammendments need to be made. Once this has been done the House of Commons will have a third reading & send it through to the House of Lords to vote on. They will either vote the bill through as is, vote no to the bill or ask for ammendments to be made to the bill. Once it has been voted through the Lords it then goes to the Queen for Royal assent. To be honest, in most cases if it passes the second reading then it will be made in to Law, the rest is generally a rubber stamp (esp the Royal assent, the Queen can’t really use her powers to veto a bill) Generally the Lords passes what the Commons send through although this is not always the case (look at Fox Hunting where Commons had to force it through).
