For chocolate chip cookies, I use half the amount of white sugar and double up on *dark* brown sugar (must be dark). Then I triple the amount of salt, add a pinch of cornstarch and use both semi sweet and dark chocolate chips or chunks.

#13 - there is actually a disease called Sanfilipo Syndrome that is basically childhood dementia. Kids will start meeting their milestones normally, then they stop and their development basically goes backwards. They have a life expectancy of early teens 😢
