Cinnamon rolls with Chili is a VERY regional thing. I'm from Eastern Wyoming, and we would eat it not only at home, but schools would serve it avd restaurants would serve it. You eat them separate, but it's sweet, salty, spicy, savory, buttery... It's quite the combo!
