    I'm a scent person. I love things that's smell good. I tend to prefer the smells, like pumpkin, apple, marshmallow, and then lemon. Also bath & bodys kitchen spice.

    I try to meditate even if it's just for a few minutes. Just close my eyes and focus on my breathing. There's also a pressure point between your thumb and index finger when it's really bad i push on that to take my mind of everything.

    Lol I have 2 boys. My oldest is 11 he's been in puberty for 3 years now & I've already caught him playing with himself in the shower. It's really no different than girls. You learn as you go just like any other kid.
