Pasulj is a thick Serbian stew made with white beans or kidney beans, carrots, potatoes and tons of meaty add ins like sausage or thick cuts of bacon. It's so warm, keeps you full and is just darn delicious
For lunch my mom would usually pack ham and cheese rolls as well as a yoghurt pot, my only solution, did the man and cheese into yoghurt. Sometimes I used to just dip string cheese in and be content.
Pasulj is a Balkan dish that my dad would make only a couple times a year however once a year we would come to friends house to make a huge pot over the fire, it's like the Serbian chilli
