I don’t think it’s fair to call someone selfish for choosing to live their life the way they want to. Also, you’re not instantly a decent person because you have children - that isn’t the deciding factor on what makes a person decent.
Happy Endings for some reason had a target put on its back by the network right away - they aired the episodes completely out of order during its original run.
A couple of purchases that are more reasonable were: the vineyard (that’s a business), the humidifier ( that’s for her job), and if they actually donated the sonogram machine to a hospital - that’s pretty nice.
