This is utter bullshit. It’s a dead virus. If you get the flu shortly after getting the flu vaccine it’s because you were already exposed and the virus was in the prodromal phase. Take a physiology class.

I get a flu shot every year. I’m a healthy adult and can easily fight off the flu but if I were to, by chance, get the flu and expose an infant, elderly adult or immunocompromised person to the flu and they can’t fight it off and die well I just couldn’t live with that.
