Weddings can definitely take a toll on a relationship. Zola surveyed 500 engaged and newlywed couples nationwide, and 96% of them said wedding planning is stressful AF.

They also found 86% of people suffered on average three or more stress-induced symptoms, including skin breakouts, hair loss, loss of sex drive, insomnia, and headaches.

So, if you've already gone through the process, or even if you haven't, what advice would you give to future brides and grooms? Maybe you have trick to help them stay within their budget.

Maybe it's all about actually enjoying what you're paying for, like a wildly overpriced cake.
