13 TV Moments From This Week That We Can't Stop Talking About

Not gonna lie, The Dropout might be the best limited series of 2022 so far.

🚨 There are MASSIVE spoilers ahead for the week of April 1 to April 7, 2022. And #4 mentions sexual assault. 🚨

The Best TV Moments This Week

1. First, Amanda Seyfried gave an awardworthy performance during The Dropout series finale, which featured Elizabeth's lies catching up with her as we watched the fall of Theranos and the end of Sunny and Elizabeth's relationship. Honestly, this show is likely going to be HUGE during awards season, and it deserves every single nomination (and win) it gets.

Elizabeth telling her mom, "If you choose to forget certain things, do you think that's lying"

2. On Abbott Elementary, Janine, Barbara, Gregory, Jacob, and Melissa helped Ava prepare for her important meeting with the superintendent and the school board in order to try to secure more funds for Abbott. In the end, Ava got to keep her job, and Gregory officially became a full-time teacher at the school.

3. On This Is Us, Kate and Toby's marriage has finally reached a breaking point after little Jack left the house and got hurt at the park while Kate and Toby were fighting and distracted. The young actor who plays Jack is honestly the best part of this episode, and I'm curious how Kate and Toby's marriage actually ends before we hit the series finale.

Toby yelling at Kate for leaving the front door unlocked and for teaching Jack how to open it, then Kate saying Toby has only ever seen Jack's limitations

4. Station 19 tackled the aftermath of Andy's assault as everyone rallied around her and she reported it to the police. The episode ended with the guy who assaulted Andy dying from injuries sustained when she fought back, and now she's been arrested by two homicide detectives.

Ben telling police officers Andy deserves a rape kit, then Andy saying that suddenly she's no longer a victim, but a suspect

5. And on Station 19, Maya and Carina officially asked Jack to be their sperm donor, and the trio celebrated Jack becoming "Uncle Jack" for their future child.

Maya and Carina telling Jack he can be in their baby's life, and they want their child to know the donor

6. iCarly returned with Season 2, Lewbert, aka everyone's favorite doorman from the original series, making an appearance after he sued Carly, and we got our first mention of Gibby when Guppy, his little brother, appeared, too.

Carly and Spencer waving at Guppy in court

7. On Killing Eve, Villanelle survived after getting shot in the back with an arrow and being rescued by Eve. The episode ended with Eve meeting with Hélène and Villanelle, ultimately killing her. Is it bad that I kind of missed Villanelle's killing sprees?

Hélène begging Villanelle to make her death glorious

8. On Grey's Anatomy, Bailey and Richard both found out that Meredith was offered a permanent job in Minnesota. This led to Bailey yelling at Meredith about how she can't leave her, and we got flashbacks to the very first episode of Grey's as we saw Meredith's first day as an intern at Seattle Grace.

Bailey telling Meredith she raised her and taught her, and yet she's acting like the same little girl who followed Derek around the hospital

9. And on Grey's Anatomy, Meredith ultimately decided to accept David's job offer (!!!) and leave Grey Sloan for a new opportunity, away from the people who still see her as the resident she once was. Meanwhile, Bailey was informed that the iconic Grey Sloan residency program is on probation until they can fix some of its problems.

Meredith telling Nick she wants to take the job offer and she's ready to start over

10. On Moon Knight, Steven met with Layla, who is actually married to Marc, and the duo ended up fighting Arthur and another jackal. This led to Steven transforming into Mr. Knight, aka his version of Moon Knight, as Marc watched and later took over the body and fought the jackal as Moon Knight.

Steven making a joke that the white suit makes him look like a "psycho Colonel Sanders"

11. On Legacies, Hope continuned to wrestle with whether or not to turn her humanity back on, especially after realizing that she could win against the gods with her humanity. This sets the stage for the huge The Originals, aka Mikaelson family, reunion happening in the next episode.

No humanity Hope saying that her humanity will never be able to save the people she loves because she's not strong enough

12. On Chicago P.D., Ruzek was forced to do drugs in order to keep his undercover identity, and it led to Burgess rushing to save him while he was overdosing. Somehow, this led to Ruzek deciding it's best that he move out of Burgess's apartment. Listen, it has been so long; I just want these two to be happy.

Ruzek radioing Burgess and telling her to tell Makayla that he loves her and that she's lucky to have Burgess as a mom

13. And finally, on Outlander, Brianna revealed to Roger that she's pregnant with their second child, and as a book fan I am jumping for joy and also screaming in my head knowing what plotlines we're getting close to.

Brianna telling Roger that they'll be spending time "all four of us" and Roger kissing Brianna
