99% of the time I don’t eat breakfast so it doesn’t matter. When I do eat breakfast on those very rare occasions I always brush my teeth after eating. I don’t want my food tasting like toothpaste.

Same in France. If you want to smoke you have to get out of the restaurant during winter, during summer you can ask to be seated outside and then it’s allowed to smoke.
