It's not often that exes and colleagues Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson issue public statements about each other. But K. Stew made an exception when asked about the next Batman — aka her former Twilight costar.
But honestly, R. Patz has all of the brooding energy in the world to nail this part.
I hope Robert Pattinson pulls a Heath Ledger in the new Batman just so he can shut all of you whiny motherfuckers up.
And K. Stew is well aware of that. When she was asked about the casting while talking up her new film Seberg, she gave her full vote of confidence to Rob.
“I feel like he’s the only guy that could play that part," she told Variety, adding, "I’m so happy for him.”
While the pair broke up in 2012 (shortly after this photo was taken), they've remained good friends over the years, much to the delight of Twihards.
Just earlier this year, when Rob was asked if he's still on good terms with his exes (including singer FKA Twigs), he replied, "Yes, yes."
If Warner Bros. is looking for a new Catwoman, may I offer the below as a suggestion?
