Take some Eucalyptus oil and put it on a cloth, wet it a bit and warm it up in the microwave, turn all the lights off in your room and close your eyes with the cloth over your face, forehead, neck! Does it for me every time!
Get a planner! It doesn't matter what it looks like, what size, just get something to write down your day and then to write down your homework/study schedule! It really helps to PHYSICALLY see what you have to do by what time!
I wish my friends knew that the reason I don't hang out with them on weekends is because I'm ashamed of what I eat... Also that Binge Eating Disorder is more than "overeating"
