Tonight, Carol Burnett accepted the Life Achievement Award at the SAG Awards.
It was pretty much a perfect moment, and not just because Tina Fey and Amy Poehler presented Burnett with the award...
...but also because of how inspiring her acceptance speech was.
In addition to discussing other details of her career, Carol talked about how people in the industry tried to discourage her from doing a comedy variety show because she's a woman.
Carol's response: "Mmmmmm, no."
