Adjustable dumbbells, virtual class subscriptions, and more things that'll help you ~work up a sweat~ in your living space.
Promising review: "These are a cleverly designed set of barbells that lets me easily adjust the weight. The weights increase in 2.5-pound increments from 2.5 pounds up to 15 pounds. They come with a tray for both storing the weights when not in use and also holding the plates that are not being used. I like not having to have individual bar weights in each of these sizes. It is a real money saver and space saver. They are comfortable to use and generally really terrific weights." —Eagle

This set comes with a Ring-Con, leg strap, and RingFit Adventure game that's compatible with the Nintendo Switch. Just place a JoyCon in both the leg strap and Ring-Con (both track your movements throughout the game!), slip on the leg strap, hold the Ring-Con, and you're good to start playing!
BuzzFeed editor Heather Braga loves using this game to work out and said, "I've also been using this game as a way to supplement my trips to the gym. This may seem like a childish adventure from Nintendo, but JEEZ within moments I'm sweating my butt off. To move through each level you have to physically run in place and each time you 'battle' an enemy you have to do 15 reps of an exercise of your choosing. It's so fun I don't realize I'm working out until the game reminds me to take a break and have some water." Read more of her full Nintendo Ring Fit Adventure game review.
Promising review: "I bought these to get some new ideas to mix up my gym routine. I got a lot of new ideas from these cards. Some were reminders of ones I already know, but there are a bunch of really interesting ones that I've been mixing in. The countless combinations you can create is making my workouts more fun and motivating." —Paisley

Promising review: "Normally I'm not one to go out and buy the latest fitness product. I had a 'classic' ab wheel I used but wanted something sturdy with resistance and safe. Additionally, I was seeking a product that would give me me a quick ab workout with minimal risk of injury. Here is where the Ab Carver Pro steps in. It has resistance, is safe and stable to use, and is versatile in terms of different directions of movement." —Amazon Customer

Promising review: "I love my mat. It's so pretty. It did have a faint rubber smell upon opening, but it didn't take long to disappear. It's held up to many outdoor sessions in dewy grass, in the sun, on the beach, and my floors. The mat hasn't began peeling or losing its design in any way. I love it" —jessie

As a web and app-based service, Obé Fitness can be accessed on a computer, smartphone, or TV. (Tip: Having a wider screen does make taking classes and watching instructors a bit easier.) Just use an HDMI cable to connect to your TV or launch Obé from the app using Airplay, Apple TV, or Chromecast.
My colleague Abby Kass uses Obé Fitness and said, "I started using Obé and then went back to my old at-home workout and switched back to Obé again because I realized I liked it so much. The classes are a great workout, yet the 28 minutes go by super fast, and I’m not counting down the minutes till it’s over. You don't technically need any equipment for the workout, but you can level up with simple equipment, such as a resistance loop, weights, and sliders." Read more of her Obé Fitness review.

Promising review: "Love how easy, portable, and affordable these are. They're super easy to inflate by removing the air plug from the ball, then blowing air quickly for a few seconds to inflate. They're very portable and sturdy for doing Pilates, yoga, and barre. It's upped my Pilates practice as a great prop!" —Cammy Zhang

I find both walking and jogging on the Treadly 2 Pro so easy and enjoyable. Having this treadmill is great, because I can exercise without having to go outside (I live in upstate NY where it's still a little cold during the spring months) or move furniture around my apartment. It doesn't even matter that it "only" goes up to a jogging speed, I *still* feel sweaty after spending time on it. Read more about this foldable treadmill in my Treadly 2 Pro review.

Promising review: "I immediately went outside to try, and rattled my first 50 jumps with *zero* issues, no trips, and no snags. I didn't even need to adjust, it was perfect out of the box. The handles indeed did not disappoint, and I could feel that I didn't have to squeeze the handles hard to keep them positioned, as the grip material they are made of did all the work. The rope itself is made of a similar material as my old rope, and while still lightweight, carries a slightly more 'weighted' feel when I am jumping, which I enjoy, as it feels like a more quality rope." —robert wagener

Promising review: "I didn’t expect to love this thing so much! It has a spring like resistance on the foam back, so it makes working out — especially curl-ups — fun and if you put it on the tallest setting, the sit ups get so easy that you don’t even realize how much you are working out! Did this for half and hour while watching TV and didn’t have to take any breaks. I love this thing." —Amazon Customer

Need weights during your next barre session? No problem, because this bar comes with six dumbbell racks at the bottom that'll fit 1-pound, 2-pound, and 3-pound weights.
Promising review: "I didn’t have a chair that’s the proper height so I decided to try this alternative. I like that it is stable enough to use during the workout, but still light enough to pick up and move out of the way when switching between barre and floor exercises. It is bulky, but it easily folds up. It still takes up space when folded, but can fit in a closet, under a bed or even behind our couch. Glad I ordered because I can properly do the workouts now." —Amazon Customer

Promising review: "These are a nice add-on to my exercise routine. I primarily use the black and red bands which are the most resistance. The two lightest bands offer almost no resistance at all. I use these bands during my squats and lunges, but I love using them to exercise while doing other things like house cleaning. Basically anything I'm doing now can become an exercise once I add a couple bands." —Heph N.

Promising review: "This bike is easy to assemble, which works out good for a person like me who is not very patient. I like the color too, it sort of adds an accent in my house with this black and red color, but it is not too big to take too much space in the house (that was my worry before we assembled it). It is comfortable to ride on, enough padding on the seat, and definitely an excellent tool to workout and burn some extra calories! " —Elaine

Promising review: "Nothing has been helping. From running, to walking uphill both ways to work (yes, this is possible), to wearing heels all day, my calves were tight. Nothing has been working. Promising review: "I love it! The design is clean and simple. The games are basic, but still keep me in a plank longer than normal. I like the workout part, basically 30-second intervals of different exercises, you pick how many 30-second segments you want to do at a time. There is a daily challenge too. I would be bored to tears after one 40-second regular plank, I do over six minutes plus at each session on this and you really feel it strengthening your core." —Amazon Customer

It comes with two steel screw-lock carabiners (25KN), two three-foot nylon reinforced daisy chains (23KN), a portable tote, and three instructional aerial pose cards.
Promising review: "I just received this, but it is a wonderful yoga swing. It is a bit stretchier than the ones at the studio, but it does what it needs to do and I just hang it higher so I don't hit the floor with inversions. The material is soft and comfortable and Savasana is heavenly in it. I have an indoor and outdoor stand, so last night was yoga under the stars." —Amazon Customer

Folds down easily and comes fully assembled. It honestly has blown me away. Worth every penny. Slips right into my closet. Promising review: "My husband has played sports his entire life and as a result, has a lot of muscle damage which can affect his day to day life as an adult. The wraps from physical therapy just don't cut it! They are sticky and fall apart after a few hours so we gave this tape a try. He loved it. Promising review: "I got these for the days I am just going to Zumba and not weightlifting. They are as comfortable as they can be for wearing weights on the ankles or wrists. They are adjustable which is great because my wrists are small and these fit and can be tightened or loosened. They stay in place when I'm dancing which is what I wanted and why I got. They definitely increase the intensity of a Zumba style workout and I see an improvement in muscle tone since I started using them. Excellent product and worth the price." —Amazon Customer
