Easy and quick po'boys: cook 1 box of fish sticks according to package. Mix 1/2 cup of mayonnaise with a couple good shakes of hot sauce and a squirt of lemon. Spread the mixture in sandwich rolls and fill with chopped lettuce and the cooked fish sticks.
