So, Kate Beckinsale and Pete Davidson. They're a thing!
Rumours have been swirling about the actor and the SNL comedian ever since January, where they were apparently seen getting ~cosy~ at a Golden Globes after party.
And after a couple of months of holding hands and reportedly going on vacations together, Kate and Pete all but confirmed their romance last week with a very public makeout session in front of Antoni Porowski from Queer Eye.
The photos of their makeout immediately became a meme, and some of them got a little more than shady.

Kate herself even appeared in the comments of a meme posted by one Instagram user, and apparently wasn't at all here for the shade.
And now Pete has joined in, responding to critics of his relationship with Kate during the "Weekend Update" segment of this week's Saturday Night Live.
"Apparently people have a crazy fascination with our age difference," he said. "But it doesn't really bother us."
Pete admitted he's new to the whole ~big age gap~ thing, so decided to list some people his critics could talk to if they wanted some more information about it.
I guess that's how you make a point.
