Which Rom-Com Is Made Better By The Actors' Onscreen Chemistry?

*Bites knuckle.*

It's no secret that I am a sucker for a romantic comedy. It's, quite literally, what gets me out of bed in the morning.

Netflix

The ONLY thing that makes a romantic comedy better is when the chemistry between the couple on screen is PALPABLE to the viewer.

Paramount Pictures

Like the sizzle between Kat (Debra Messing) and Nick (Dermot Mulroney) in The Wedding Date:

Universal Studios

Or the many shared looks between Emma (Anya Taylor-Joy) and Mr. Knightley (Johnny Flynn) in Emma:

Focus Features

Or the shy and tender pull that Megan (Natasha Lyonne) felt toward Graham (Clea DuVall) in But I'm a Cheerleader:

Lionsgate

Or the forbidden spark between Jess (Parminder Nagra) and Joe (Jonathan Rhys Meyers) in Bend It Like Beckham:

Fox Searchlight

Needless to say, a rom-com is only as good as the chemistry between the two leads.

Netflix

So tell us which couples from a romantic comedy had SIZZLING chemistry and why you feel that way in the comments below, and your answer could be featured in an upcoming BuzzFeed Community post and/or video!
