"Orange Is The New Black" Premiered On Netflix 10 Years Ago, So Here's The Cast Then Vs. Now

Since starring on Orange Is the New Black, Natasha Lyonne has earned critical acclaim with both Russian Doll and Poker Face.

It's officially been 10 years since Orange Is the New Black premiered in 2013.

Created by Jenji Kohan, the series marked Netflix's second-ever streaming series, and it went on to win countless awards — and gifted us with a cast that is still super close to this day.

So to celebrate, let's take a look back at the iconic cast in Season 1 vs. now:

1. Taylor Schilling as Piper Chapman:

What she's up to now: Since wrapping Orange Is the New Black in 2019, Taylor has gone on to appear in TV shows like Pam & Tommy and Dear Edward.

2. Laura Prepon as Alex Vause:

What she's up to now: In 2023, she notably guest-starred on the That '70s Show spinoff series That '90s Show as her iconic character Donna Pinciotti. She also directed an episode.

3. Uzo Aduba as Suzanne "Crazy Eyes" Warren:

What she's up to now: Since she wrapped OITNB, Uzo has gone on to star in shows like Mrs. America and Solos, and she voiced a character in the Pixar movie Lightyear. In 2023, she is set to star in Painkiller on Netflix.

4. Danielle Brooks as Tasha "Taystee" Jefferson:

What she's up to now: Most recently, Danielle starred on the DC Comics TV show Peacemaker alongside John Cena, Viola Davis, and more. Her next big role is as Sofia in the upcoming The Color Purple, an adaptation of the hit musical.

5. Natasha Lyonne as Nicky Nichols:
