    First off, this set is beautiful. It arrived in perfect condition. You can tell the pans are well-made based on the weight and seamless design. I love that the top fits on both the pot and pan. Both products heated up food quickly and evenly. For reference, I have a gas stove. I like that the cookware doesn't have that weird non-stick coating, but they are super easy to clean. All of my roommates have cooked in these, and none of us have *any* complaints. So far we've made meat sauce, risotto, and chicken. Based on my experience with these, I would definitely splurge on Proclamation Goods cookware in the future.
