The Girl on the Train was so hard to read. Nothing really happened for at least 3/4 of the book. At least the movie cast was alright, Emily Blunt's portrayal of the main character made her feel less boring

Best tip for cooking rice: Don't overthink it. I just use 1 part rice, 2 parts of water. Sauté the rice in some butter until it starts to become transluscent, turn down heat, add water, add salt, lid on. Let simmer WITHOUT stirring for 10-15 min. Perfect every time
