I was on dialysis for 2 years until I was able to receive a kidney transplant from my dad. Of course my dad did an amazing thing saving my life but the staff and NHS as a whole were amazing, still are, and I'd be dead without them.
I've got quite a few of these.

My great great grandfather was a murderer in Lancashire, England and as such was wanted by the authorities. So he fled to Yorkshire and changed his name. We are still here as a big family living in Yorkshire with the same name.
