As A Longtime Marvel Fan, These Are The 10 Characters That, In My Expert Fan Opinion, Deserve Their Own Movies

1. Silver Surfer

We've seen the Silver Surfer before, but never on his own. His past as a herald of the World Eater, Galactus, would make another great addition to the cosmic side of the MCU. He could also serve as introduction to a new big bad villain for the next phase of the films.

2. Spider-Gwen

This one is easy. Gwen Stacy was a standout of Into the Spider-Verse, so she should make the leap to live-action ASAP. Her backstory combined with a unique character design and personality would make her the perfect addition to to the MCU.

3. Union Jack

More than just the British version of Captain America (that's Captain Britain), Union Jack is like James Bond meets Hawkeye. With the new storylines involving Cap in the MCU, now would be a great time to bring Union Jack into the fold.

4. Namor

Basically Marvel's answer to Aquaman, Namor has been an important player in the comics for years, having interacted with the X-Men, The Avengers, and many others. While the rights to a film are currently in limbo, once they're resolved, let's hope for plenty of undersea adventures.

5. Solo (no, not that one)

Solo is basically a teleporting Punisher combined with Solid Snake. A counterterrorism operative, Solo would make another great addition to the spy movie side of the MCU. Maybe a possible team-up with The Winter Soldier or Union Jack could be in the cards.

6. X-23

Marvel/20th Century Fox

We've seen X-23 before, as the role of Laura which was portrayed by Daphne Keen in 2017's Logan. While it would be great to see her back, the MCU could also bring in an older version of the character.

7. Black Cat

Black Cat, aka Felicia Hardy, is a burglar and ally of Spider-Man. While Sony currently owns the rights to the character, it would be great to see Felicia enter the MCU to show up in a movie alongside Tom Holland.

8. Fat Cobra

Fat Cobra is one of the several martial artists known as the Immortal Weapons. In layman's terms, he's is a sumo wrestler version of Iron Fist. With Shang-Chi making his MCU debut later this year, Fat Cobra could easily jump into the movies at a later date with the other Immortal Weapons.

9. Scourge of the Underworld

Created by Mark Gruenwald in 1985, the Scourge of the Underworld was used as a way to dispose of lower-tier Marvel villains. An anonymous vigilante, the Scourge would make a great secondary character in any MCU movie, alternately switching sides as needed.

10. And N'Kantu, the Living Mummy

Pretty much exactly what his name is, think 1999s The Mummy with a side of good with combat skills. The MCU is beginning to dive into the supernatural with the upcoming Moon Knight TV series, so the Living Mummy could easily join the party.
