I read Linda Cardellini as “most recently being in Dead Like Me” and was about to freak out because she wasn’t in that show nor was it recently, then I realized I was dumb and read it wrong.
I remember the whole “No More Late Fees” campaign but customers would still get an “Extended Viewing Fee” if they kept their rental beyond a certain grace period. Explaining to customers why an Extended Viewing Fee wasn’t technically a late fee was super fun.
We got a huge shipment that came in a gigantic cardboard box and we turned the box into a robot costume using two of the yellow locks for DVD cases on top as antennae. I would wear it and follow customers we thought were stealing.
